Cons: Bathroom sinks drained very slow. Didn’t care for the food or service at the restaurant. Pancakes were gross. No continental breakfast here. Prices seemed a little higher than expected for breakfast. Waitresses seemed new to their job. Menu for supper is not your average food menu. It was very hard to find something on it that we liked. Prices very high for dinner if your brining kids along you will be paying quite a bit more than average family dining. Breakfast was just ok.

Pros: This is our ‘go to’ hotel when visiting Port Washington. The person at the front desk, greeted us warmly when we arrived! We recognized her and she recognized us! She is very friendly and accommodating! The entire staff is very friendly!

Pros: From check in to check out, everything was smooth and easy. The staff was very friendly and the facility was clean and welcoming. With the current situation in our country, the staff took extra care with keeping a safe distance and keeping everything clean. Breakfast was still served to go and was amazing. Thank you for making us feel comfortable and safe during our stay.

Cons: The room was filthy. Stains on the bed skirt and garbage and crumbs in the drawers. The room also had a weird smell upon arrival. The windows did not open at all for fresh air. Although Wisconsin was open, we did not get free breakfast (as included in price) and was not offered anything to accommodate this.

Pros: Easy-in, comfortable stay, easy-out. Super-clean. Professional staff. Room was cozy and inviting. Little to no noise thru window. Very functional space w/ 'fridge, micro, coffeepot, ironing board, well-fitted desk, ample closet space and comfy beds!
Cons: There was no negative experience here. If forced to pick something, I'd suggest more clear floor markings in the stairway. This is not a mark against the property, just something they could improve on, if feasible. Pay attention if you go up the stairs!

Pros: I stopped along my long trip specifically to sleep and they put me in a room facing the parking lot with flood lights blaring all night. Only sheer curtains in the windows so it was like trying to sleep with all the lights on all night. Terrible experience!!!

Pros: One of my absolute favorite stays in the last several years. Excellent, accommodating, friendly staff. Beautifully decorated and cozy bedrooms. Delicious breakfast with variation each day. Nice little wine and cheese gathering in the evenings. We stayed there just before Christmas. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the shops, winery, and Santa’s Workshop. Staff even had us put our shoes out in the hallway overnight for a special little Christmas trinket in the morning. It was a special visit.
Cons: If I had one criticism, it would just be the WiFi. They use an open network that’s not password protected or secured. It could also get a bit slow during busy hours.

Pros: The 108 room was large but cozy nice fireplace and Jacuzzi tub. The wine and cheese happy hour was a nice bonus and the breakfast buffet had a lot of choices.
Cons: Nothing was wrong but the TV was small and a little low from the bed but that shouldn't matter at a Romantic bed and breakfast. I've been to some B and B that didn't have a TV just saying.

Welcome to the Hampton Inn & Suites Grafton hotel located in "the heart of Ozaukee County". Hampton Inn & Suites hotel in Grafton is a 100% non-smoking property. The hotel is a part of Milwaukee Metropolitan area, close proximity to Lake Michigan, world-class golf courses and parks. In the last few years, Grafton has embraced its musical past by celebrating its link to the early 1900's recording of Blues artists for Paramount Records. Our hotel is a short drive from the General Mitchell Airport, Wisconsin State Park, Milwaukee County Zoo and Miller Park Stadium.

Pros: The location worked well for us. There was plenty of space in the room. It had a fridge. The beds were moderately comfy but the pullout was not. There were restaurants to walk to. In general it could use some updates but was serviceable.
Cons: The breakfast was bland. The hot tub was too hot and the pool too cold. The price was a bit high. The sheets had arrows drawn on them (to assist housekeeping we assumed) which seemed tacky.

Pros: The location is great and there is a large pool for the kids.
Cons: We have been staying here for years, but this is the final year. It is DIRTY, and keeps getting dirtier each year. The pool is filthy and not well-maintained. Also, the hot tub was out of working order and seems like it had been that way for awhile. Room smelled moldy and musty, dead bugs in the room, and the whole place needs a good scrubbing. They also didn’t have a rollaway for us so we ended up having to downgrade rooms, but they wouldn’t refund us the difference. Done with this place.

Pros: The bed is was more re comfy than my expensive bed at home! I bring my own pillow, but these pillows were great. Got a loft room, and so pleased we did. Didn’t step all over each other-grandson said it was like an apartment. Tv kinda went in and out, so turned it off and back on.

Cons: The smell of the room was quite over bearing to start then u don't notice it as bad, person I was with has borderline arcana phobia and the hundreds of spiders and webs outside the door didn't help. The ac worked well by the bathroom door but didn't circulate through the room well, the shower had potential but had a cheap/junkie shower head.

Pros: I loved how the innkeeper met us at the location. Denise was so welcoming. She had all kinds of snacks , cold drinks , a coffee machine with plenty of coffee, creamer. I had just put my husband in a nursing facility and I was quite exhausted. I never slept so well . Thsnk you Ms. Denise for making g this the most relaxing place to stay . I will be back

Cons: We were very confused about parking. We received a ticket for parking in the street in front of the Lily Pad. Apparently there is no parking between 2 am and 6 am. This is not marked on the street in any way. We saw a note on a chalkboard when we were checking out.

Pros: It was good to get a bed and a roof overhead. The heat was good. Leaving. The next day via phone they were very nice. After consultation with our bank, it was decided to send a check for the full amount, as there are NO REFUNDS.
Cons: There was one toilet paper roll with not 1 inch left on it. No answer at the desk. There was one face cloth and two scheduled quests. No answer at the desk. The floors are bare. Not even a wipe your feet off mat. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. There was no closet, but a bar that hung the clothes above one side of a bed, and in your face. The hair dryer did not work at all. There was no chair nor place to write or use a lap top. There was no phone nor local phone book. No food or restaurant listings. There was a problem with their ability to get our Visa Card through. How do I know that? Because at the next hotel, the next morning it went thru w/o any trouble. As it has for years. NO REFUNDS.

Pros: This is our ‘go to’ hotel when visiting Port Washington. The person at the front desk, greeted us warmly when we arrived! We recognized her and she recognized us! She is very friendly and accommodating! The entire staff is very friendly!

Pros: From check in to check out, everything was smooth and easy. The staff was very friendly and the facility was clean and welcoming. With the current situation in our country, the staff took extra care with keeping a safe distance and keeping everything clean. Breakfast was still served to go and was amazing. Thank you for making us feel comfortable and safe during our stay.
