Cons: We loved everything. There wasn't anything we didn't like. We have no complaints.

6.8 Good
Pros: The room was very small and for the amount of the room.
6.3 Good
Pros: Good location. Felt safe. Comfortable bed and bedding/pillows.
Cons: Far too expensive for location, comfort, and quality. Room was small. Television is horrible and not set up to stream your own Netflix etc. All the lamps in the room were damaged/falling off the wall. All the "art" in the room had old damaged frames. Everything needed freshening/maintenance. Ordered room service from one of the restaurants in the hotel & got my very expensive steak in a carry out container with a useless tiny paper napkin and plastic fork & knife. Called the front desk 5x on a sleepy Monday before anyone answered the call. $30 per night to park in Kalamazoo is just stupid. I will not come to this hotel again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The gave you free complimentary bottled water, and I loved the security of the hotel.
Cons: I didn’t dislike anything
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was great to have restaurant choices on site. We had a excellent meal.

Pros: Breakfast was a brief menu but varied and tasty. Breakfast Buffet was an option. Servers were attentive and friendly. Restaurant was similar for Dinner. Room was clean and spacious.
Cons: Mattress not to my liking but thats a personal thing, I imagine many others would find it very comfortable. Finding the car park on arrival was not easy ( across the street but no signage to help). Everything else was fine.

6.3 Good
Pros: Great location by the airport
Cons: Bedding was not comfortable; sheet only was not enough and comforter was too heavy
8.8 Excellent
Cons: We couldn't find the place, got lost on airport property looking for your address on Kilgore. The Sheriff showed up and allowed us to follow him to your hotel. He commented that this has happened before! Correct your address on your website!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: This Hampton always provides excellent service. From the moment that you walk in the front door (even if it's 2am) the front staff is always welcoming. I have previously stayed at this Hampton and is always my first choice when I am in town. This location has an exercise room with a few treadmills and weights. The beds in our room were freshly made and comfortable.
Cons: This more of a request than a negative for the hotel. I am lactose intolerant and there was only 2% or skim milk during breakfast. However, I never asked the staff if they had any lactose free milk. I would suggest making that an option for guests.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location to the airport was perfect.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean and modern, and the breakfast was very good.
Cons: Hotel was a little more expensive than I would have liked.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: It was clean and had a fridge.
Cons: It may not be a problem for many but my wife felt sick there and we had to leave. It could have been the airfield next door or the chemicals used in cleaning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly arrival, housekeeping always greeted with good morning (3 night stay)
Cons: Not a dislike rather a “prefer” to have a traditional bathroom door, not one that slides/barnyard style-a bit of a gap and no lock, my daughter felt uneasy as well as my sister in-law. No big deal for my wife and I.
5.5 Okay
Pros: it was ok i stay in your hotel in memphis the breakfast was great. The breakfast here was like a super 8 breakfast need to step up the things offered
Cons: pool dirty
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the moment we stepped inside we were greeted with friendly staff, prompt check-in with helpful information. Our room was modern and extremely clean. My husband enjoyed the free cookies and we were offered a bottle of water. We were truly made to feel welcome. The breakfast was refreshingly good, healthier options offered too.
Cons: Nothing! The smoke alarm went off early in the morning, which was annoying but nice to know it worked! I honestly can't think of anything bad to say about the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was clean and the staff was very accommodating to any our requests ..I will definitely be staying there again and recommending it to friends
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast options and comfortable environment, attention to detail in all areas of my stay. Personal attention during my stay and helping me to sign up for Hilton Honors program.
Cons: Breakfast open another hour. We had gone to a Broadway Show at the Miller and wanted to have a lazy morning. Got down for breakfast about 9:40 and the staff was already turning off the hot items. By 9:50 she was closing off the serving area. I agreed to an email receipt and have not yet received, have not gotten honor points for that stay.
6.0 Good
Pros: proximity to business meeting
Cons: Not enough parking for rooms. Overflow parking in unlit area and potentially dangerous alone at night.

6.3 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The room was a good size with a lot of amenities. The outdoor space was also really great with a basketball court and a nice outdoor seating area.
Cons: Of the 5 showers my family took, 4 of them were ice cold. We told the front desk the first day and it was still a problem our second day. It was disappointing the problem was not fixed after we reported it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We expected a room with two queen beds and received a room with one king. The hotel could not issue a refund because of my third party booking. After 30 minutes of waiting and providing proof that two of my family members are part of Hilton’s gold star club, the hotel provided us with an additional room at no charge in order to accommodate all of us. I will not be purchasing 3rd party again for this reason.
Cons: The included breakfast was not satisfactory. We checked out and ate elsewhere.
5.8 Okay
Cons: Breakfast was horrible, I expected more for the money we spent

Cons: I thought the room had a hot tub.

Pros: It was very roomy
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, comfortable beds, well stocked for extended stay guests.
Cons: I had read that the rooms had dvd players and the hotel had a dvd library to choose from, so we brought dome movies from home only to be informed they are getting rid of that feature.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel room was awesome! It was a great size, clean, and had a nice little kitchen area. It was perfect for our short weekend, but we can wait to stay there again for our next trip! I especially loved how they had the shower gels! (full sized and already mounter for you in the shower!)
Cons: The only thing I didn't like is that they didn't provide soap to hand wash the dishes. We only used two dishes so we didn't need the dishwasher. They possibly could have done what they did with the shower gel and provided a small bottle that attached to the wall. Otherwise, no complaints.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable and well-appointed. Loved the honor-system snack bar. The laundry room was handy, too.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Check in was a breeze. The room was very clean and is just what we wanted.

6.0 Good
Pros: The Location was very easy to get to and our room was decent, the staff was nice, parking lot was clean and very easy to get to the room. When we first walked in they all greeted us and that was off to a good start.
Cons: What we didn't like that the T.V had like scotch tape holding the screen back and me and a buddy tried to put back. The screen was coming apart so we tried to put it back how it was. Then we had a reclining chair that was broken and was very uncomfortable and the leg rest wouldn't come out. I just don't think the room that it costed me would be that much for all that stuff was broken
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Everything but the price for our dog. 25.00 is a little expensive anight.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Ease of check-in, size of room, air-conditioning
Cons: Pet pricing

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very nice and friendly
6.3 Good
Cons: What I did not like was that I booked for two queen beds and when we got there we were given one king. When I book for a specific type of room, that is what I expect. The facility was full, that was there excuse, and they also said that they do not receive the booking information. This needs to be remedied, or I'll start booking direct. I am disabled and would I have booked a room for disabilities and gotten one that wasn't I would have been extremely upset. Also, make sure the facilities are updated so the address shows on gps and other mapping programs.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location, even though a little off the main road, was safe and secure. The quality of the environment, room, etc. was what we expect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is amazing.
Cons: Wish they had an outdoor pool as well as the indoor
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is new. The room was large and clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. Great breakfast, friendly staff. Bed slept great!
Cons: The only downside was there isn’t much to look at outside. Construction of other buildings. Not sure what the noise is like during the day. We arrived about 8pm and left at 8am the next morning.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Nice breakfast and great view. Nice accommodating staff
7.0 Good
Pros: Room was nice, large and clean
Cons: I booked a double room and got a king. My almost 17 year old son and I had to share a bed. Was told that even though my confirmation email states double beds, they don’t accommodate booking.com. Well, you shouldn’t use them then because that’s misleading to customers. He offered another king room the first night then to try to switch the second night but that’s just as inconvenient so we shared the bed. Very disappointing. Also, the breakfast was no good. Real eggs would make a huge difference because those fake omelets do not taste good. We had to buy and eat breakfast on the go. I guess our next visit will be with another hotel which is a shame because it’s a nice facility. Oh, the bed was very comfy but those feather pillows, no.
6.8 Good
Pros: New building with up to date amenities such as USB charging ports and outlets on each side of the bed. Full breakfast with eggs, meat and a pancake machine.
Cons: Six month old building, access streets do not show up on e-maps. Large sign at main road pointing to Westgate which T's off another road not yet on maps. Tiny Holiday Inn logo in bottom corner hard to find in late night driving with inaccurate Siri directions. Hotel not visible through trees utill very close by. Called hotel, one bar on phone, desk clerk gave partial directions then complained it was hard to hear us and hung up. Found the place by persistent orienteering. Desk clerk took a long time overdoing information to preceding client. Argued with me that my Holiday Inn member number was actually IHG (corporate logo of no interest to me). In-room placard touted easy log in internet access, just hit Accept and you're in. Actually, must enter IHG number or email, or use the access code given at the desk. Called desk and was told it was on our room card. Actually on the cardboard folder the keys were in. Morning breakfast was great, but the juice machine was turned off as the water was turning brown. Room water was turning brown also. Complimentary bottled water was offered, but brushing your teeth with bottled water or showering with your lips tightly closed is a bit third world. Six months is a long time to correct problems "The Profit" or "Bar Rescue" would see right away.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel new so it was very clean and the staff was super friendly.
Cons: The safe in the room did not work as the batteries were still in the plastic casing inside the safe. Guess it was never set up. I asked the staff to fix but it never was done. I’m in the real estate industry and deal with new construction of homes a lot. I felt the quality of the construction was below acceptable standards in some areas. Cut corners in many areas. I think the longevity of the hotel is going to require repairs sooner than what should be necessary.

Cons: There was a youth hockey team at the hotel. The parents were all drinking in the lounge while their kids were running and screaming through the hallways of the hotel at 10pm. We called the front desk and that stopped the madness for about 10 minutes. I got the impression that they wanted the business of the hockey team more than me. My wife was crying at 11:30pm because she couldn't sleep and wanted to go home. Poor experience. Stay away.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The price.
Cons: The manager was away from the desk for ten minutes.
8.8 Excellent

Cons: I was dissatisfied with the food, the breakfast lacked flavor, and reasonable pricing. I was upset I'd payed that amount of money and not pleased. the stay wasn't ruined because of the food!!! Pros: That the location was only 2 hours and 20 minutes to Chicago.
Cons: The rooms thermostat was broken. Molly didn’t care.
6.3 Good
Pros: The location.
Cons: The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were so full that they would not squish down when you put your head on them so your neck was bent. I ended up using a pillow off the couch so I could try and get som sleep. The remote in the room did not work well. In addition, Housekeeping did not vacuum the carpet when they cleaned the room, and the shower had mildew in it.

Cons: Residence Inn by Marriot 1500 East Kilgore Rd. Kalamazoo, MI 49001. They had BED BUGS. They sent us 20min away to a Comfort Inn in Paw Paw, MI. Set up 2 rooms at 1:30a.m.O.K. Then the next morning they called Residence and they said only 1 so they made me pay for 1. But I paid them 200.00 a night for 5 people in room. Comfort Inn rooms only will hold maybe 4. Management at Residence Inn was rude and argumentative. Told me to be glad the clerk did me a courtesy. Is that how you treat a disabled patron. Very unsatisfied.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: Staff very friendly. Rooms were very clean & new. Inside looks better than outside building. Pleasant surprise.
Cons: Bathroom door opens into sink area & bumps into closet door.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The Front Desk workers were great!
Cons: Cleanliness and noise through walls and floor was LOUD! The tub was blocked and backed up, to your ankles, long dark himan hair against shower walls, and pet hair all over.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: satisfactory
Cons: everything was reasonable
6.8 Good
Pros: The breakfast was good. The lady worked hard to keep up with fresh eggs and sausage! Like the oatmeal with all of the different toppings.
Cons: Didn't have an extra roll of toilet paper and only two towels for three people. Nobody at desk when we went down to ask for more. They didn't have the King room we booked online so charged us $10 extra for Queen room.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location was what drew us to this location
Cons: Hole at end of the driveway. It had a cone in it at times because it’s so deep.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Kitchenette and coffee Prakrit- although the fridge did not work and I couldn’t keep my drinks cold overnight
Cons: See above - fridge did not work
9.5 Excellent
Cons: Breakfast was mediocre. Also ended at 9:30 on a week end.
7.0 Good
Pros: The eggs were rubbery. bagels were stale tasting. It was a very crowded room with a king-sized bed and fold-out couch. You couldn't get around the beds on all sides. If we were going to have to stay there for an extended period the stove, etc. would have come in handy. There was gum on the carpet from previous person. There was dried ketchup or something on the door frame going to the bathroom. Another words, the room hadn't been cleaned well.
Cons: When I called to say I was bringing a small pet they told me there was a fee, but they didn't tell me it was $100!!! If I had known that from the start I would have made other reservations. I only stayed two nights. Our small dog wasn't any problem.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really liked the way the room was set up. The beds were very comfortable. Loved having the small kitchen. The food was good. Nice and clean. Would stay here again. Great location.
Cons: At breakfast there wasn't enough seating. Wished they would have had trays to transport plates & cups to our room. Hotel room door was way too heavy and noisy when it would close. Parking was full night we arrived.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff at the front desk was incredible. Mattie was funny, accommodating, and made us feel so welcome. We enjoyed the size of the room.
Cons: Pool was chilly and could use some upgrades.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything worked perfectly for me. I stayed there a couple of weeks ago on a business trip. The room was nicer. The one this time needed some maintenance.
Cons: Cleaning not as good as my first stay. Toilet was dirty when I cam into the suite.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was super friendly!
Cons: The toilet paper was like airport TP.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The bed was wonderful & the staff were all extremely helpful & accomodating!
Cons: The hot tub wasnt working the entire time we were there. We reported it every day but noone knew for sure if it was being tended to. Finally as we were leaving it was working but not ready to be used.
6.8 Good
Pros: Didn't eat breakfast
Cons: I didn't like being woke out of my sleep in the morning to check concerning water. The housekeeper could have waited to check on water after we checked out the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the pillows, it was like sleeping on clouds.
Cons: I didn't like that the volume on the TV was broken and stuck on max, it was so loud.
9.3 Excellent
Cons: air conditioning unit was so loud I could hardly sleep. Also there was some green light flashing (I think on the smoke alarm) which was not a problem, however, when the lights were shut off to sleep the light showed as a flash of light. Looked like a small lightning flash. Very annoying all night long.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is welcoming and clean. Hotel employee works at the restaurant and she is awesome! It's close to Western's campus. We love staying there!
1.0 Poor
Pros: The Hotel itself was nice
Cons: The bathroom in our room was not clean. Had hair in the sink, tooth paste on the vanity and toilet was not flushed. I was completely disgusted, I pay that much for a room I want it clean!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel good beds and very clean.
Cons: I called to book a wedding block and the block was sold out. I called within the time frame on the invite so I thought the lady would work with me. The room went from 130 to 180. I was able to find the same room on booking for 160 so that’s what I booked. Very disappointed that the hotel wouldn’t work with me on the wedding block when I called before the end date. If there are rooms available they should honor the rate. It’s a very over priced room for Kalamazoo And there isn’t even breakfast included. The wedding brought a lot of guests here the least they could have done was given everyone the rate if they called before the end date.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are friendly. The hotel room is modern and clean.
Cons: Our room was near the pool area. So it was noisy.
6.0 Good
Pros: The location was great.
Cons: The first room we had had puke on the curtains and side of bed. They moved us into another room which was cleaner but we had found stink bugs in the room and on Saturday water was brown. They said they would comp us some money back but I do not think they
8.3 Excellent
Cons: The bookings experience was difficult because my reservation was not ready when I got there. We had all kinds of billing questions. So bookings.com was difficult.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was phenomenal and the hotel was lovely
Cons: I was not aware of the price change and my tub messed up.
7.5 Good
Cons: Light blinking on an off :smoke alarm

Pros: Everything was great. Hot breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean......good breakfast and Pam wax great!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy to get to, was as described, the breakfast was quite good, and the room and breakfast room were great.
Cons: NHo
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast.
Cons: There were no towels in the swimming area during our entire stay. The pool was cloudy. When I went to the desk to ask they rudely said they were "aware". Half an hr. later we walked to the room soaking wet. They never cleaned our room on our 2nd night. We were asked if needed anything and I said towels (we had to use room towels to dry off from the pool). We were told she didn't have any and we would have to get them later from front desk. So, later, I went down and asked. I was told they'd bring them up to me. Never brought them. The water in the toilets and shower were yellow. It was a disgusting hotel.
5.8 Okay
Pros: I requested 2 queen beds for our stay. And we got 1 kind bed. Even my sister in law requested 2 queen beds. She got 1 king for her family of 4! 1 bed for 2 nights not worth $350. I'm sure the prices were jacked up for the big Myway wrestling tournament but I dont think any business should jack up the prices just because people dont have any other options.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice location just off the Interstate. We loved the King bed in our room - super comfortable! We didn't want to get up the next morning. Breakfast was great - my husband esp liked the vegetable omelets. Five stars!
7.0 Good
Pros: Location is a bit farther out from where my retreat was so I'll be looking for something closer for my next stay in that area. I don't like the roundabouts at the exits. These were hard to navigate for me. I appreciated the kind staff, and the cleanliness of the hotel.
Cons: The facilities seemed to be "out of everything" in terms of supplies. E.g., they run out of coffee every morning (I suggest to get a bigger urn or hire more staff to make it on demand). Even the in-room Keurig cups were out, so I went to the front desk which I was pursuing as an alternative, and they only had decaf. And there was no ice in the ice machine. It seems they have a lot of families with children who are involved in sports, and they wipe out the breakfast bar before I can get a cup of coffee. It's not a catastrophe, but it is just frustrating. I pay $150 a night.
6.3 Good
Cons: Very uncomfortable bed...pillows hard..too large!
6.8 Good
Pros: I liked the very easy process of booking online with booking.com .
Cons: I did not realize that I would not receive my points for my high membership . We requested a king bed at the time of biking and ITV was confirmed that we would receive one - ( never happened ) we also indicated we were AAA MEMBERS , no discount applied . Reserving with booking.com brought no value to me , lost points on IHG and received nothing from booking.com . We are traveling 10 nights during our trip and probably will not use booking.com .
9.3 Excellent
Pros: People working there were great!
Cons: A little dated
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice buffet breakfast. Very clean.
Cons: Pool could be a little warmer
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean. Right off the highway. Have stayed here a number of times and always find it convenient.
Cons: Mostly fast food in the immediate area. Can drive to take a app ride into town for something better.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was obvious that upgrades had just been completed. New carpet new fixtures etc. room was clean, more than enough towels but sheets were a little too big for bed. We were very comfortable and staff was very friendly. Also like the fact that we could get a USA Today. YEA!!!
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: My room was not cleaned. We were booked for 2 night. Exhausted from a funeral, we returned 9 hours later to a room untouched by the housekeeping staff. VERY disappointed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Let us check in early and very friendly staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, greeted every time we passed the front desk. Bed was very comfy, and lots of full sized pillows. Requested extras, no issues.
Cons: No complaints, all of our needs were exceeded with our stay!!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient to family, expressway, downtown and markets.
7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel is a convenient stop off close to the highway, which worked for us. There are some eateries within a 10 minute walk, we headed to Godfathers Pizza which was really good. Lauren in reception was really kind and helpful with a rental car issue we had.
Cons: The hotel is pretty tired, particularly the communal areas such as the swimming pool, gym and changing areas.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Staff were friendly. Pool area was very large and accommodated 20 of us with ease. Room rented for the family party was adequate in size
Cons: Our toilet did not work on check in. It was looked at quickly, so that was good. The room had a very strange smell - almost like a lot of mixed chemicals. Our hotel room door did not latch on its own so you had to be very mindful to pull it very hard for it to lock. Stairway door to outside parking lot didn’t lock - so very insecure feeling. Walls are super thin - We were unfortunate enough to be kept up because we could hear someone being sick in another room
7.5 Good
Pros: Ambience
Cons: Stair case clean
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed, and quietest stay at a hotel I have had in a long time.
Cons: Disappointed fitness room was closed, but looks like they are making updates/renovations.
7.0 Good
Pros: value for star rating. Had coffee in the lobby. Close to expressway.
Cons: yes, When I arrived at my room after 11 pm(for the first time) the door was ajar with the locking latch in it. I was spooked and naturally went to the front desk and he offered to change me to the room across the hall. I told him absolutely not
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very close to the Interstate Highway. Very comfortable bed; nicely furnished room with refrigerator and very nice size TV with premium channels.
Cons: No free breakfast that is pretty standard with just about with every other chain. And, No Happy Hour. That's such a very poor management idea. No Happy Hour, No customers. Is that success?
8.0 Excellent
Cons: We let the supervisor training a new employee that we were running late for an important appointment. The supervisor took no action to speed up the check in process, but continued to let the new employee make multiple errors, greatly slowing the process.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The fact that the staff treated my kids at the up most respect play other places do not do so to children. The lady that checked me in was a sweetheart I wish I woulda got her name but she also as a housekeeper and the breakfast was delicious
Cons: I can honestly say I don't have a bag comment to say. We will be staying there again.
6.8 Good
Pros: Nice, large room and shower. Location was great!
Cons: We were assured by the front desk of a 2:00 check in. Arrived at 2:30, was told room wouldn’t be ready until 3:00. No apologies, just attitude. Also, bright outside light shining in window all night, and maid couldn’t speak English well enough to understand request.
4.5 Okay
Pros: No my stay was awful I stayed 2 nights Iasked for a refrigerator and never received it until the second day. My toilet was broken and never fixed. It would flush twice and then constantly ran. I fixed the toilet myself.
Cons: When I had to fix my own toilet I had to pull a nasty rusty old part out of the back of toilet. Took a day for a refrigerator and it is loud there.

7.0 Good
Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable
Cons: The reservation said there would be a jacuzzi tub in our room and instead the room was handicap accessible. The pictures and everything online showed a jacuzzi tub in the room.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Nice place to stay.
Cons: My husband was disappointed that there was no sausage or bacon at breakfast — the menu said they had it all and sausage was listed.
7.0 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed, good breakfast, attentive staff.
Cons: Wasn’t worth what it cost. If you need to stay more than one night this wouldn’t be the place. No microwave or fridge in the standard rooms. Basically it’s just a decent but expensive place to sleep.
6.0 Good
Pros: The central lounge area and breakfast were wonderful.
Cons: They were doing renovations which was not divulged when we booked our room. To top that if they were missing and sanding right outside our door! It was a dusty mess.
7.5 Good
Pros: OK
Cons: Breakfast
7.0 Good
Pros: Check in was easy. The breakfast was great and the staff funny and polite. The room was nice, cool and clean.
Cons: The beds were too firm/hard. We could not get comfortable and woke up with back aches. The hot tube wasn't very warm.
