The car was super clean and had all of the amenities that an out of towner would need. The service in Kalamazoo was super fast and easy. The service professional was very friendly and communicated well. She did however tell me that she was positive driving from Kalamazoo to Detroit would need half a tank of gas so, per her advice, I pre-purchased the half tank of gas. I actually used not even 1/8 of the tank. But the good news is that the professional at drop off in Detroit verified my gas use and refunded me the rest!7.2 Good
