Helpfull staff, perfect quality and selection of food.We enjoyed the night wellnes and the swimming pool at outside even if it was november. The staff helped us lot also with the reservation of some trips.
Smaller rooms with no balcony, for three nights it was enought but maybe for a week or longer it would be probably not so much comfortable.

The spa hydrotherapy centre was very good. I treated my wife to this as it was her birthday. The next day she insisted we went together. Again as it was her birthday I agreed. Didn't think I would enjoy it, I loved it!I
The hotel was very large and everything was on a grand scale. So it lacked cosiness.

not as good as 3 years ago Food in the evening disappointing 4Euuo charge just to fill up tea coffee etc 28euro for 7 days in bedroomnot so much 4 star as it was cheaper music at night plus cost cutting in other ways Sorry but other local hotels are now better

Food in the evening and we were told we had a upgrade right next to the building works next door, so we down graded to a quieter room, and we got asked 5 times which room we were in , this was in the evening. L

It was clean and comfortable. The heated and covered pool made it possible for our children to swim even if it was cold outside. The breakfast buffet was amazing.
The pool had too much chlorine, which ruined our bathing suits. There is a 20$ cash deposit per towel to be used by the pool.
