For the amount I paid for the room, I think a late checkout would have been nice. I requested one but apparently there was nothing they could do to help me out. Too expensive for a hotel that smells like a vacuum bag.
Room was very plain and overlooked some black roofing, but was clean and comfortable.
Pros. My 9 year old son and I went for two nights and had a great time. We loved the room it was clean and comfortable. We spent many hours in the pool which was also clean and just a neat room. We ordered room service for dinner both nights and the food was delicious. We had breakfast in the restaurant in the morning and it was also perfect. Overall we would definitely return to this hotel or others in the chain!
Pros. Location, cleanliness, pool,
Cons. Bartender was REALLY slow, and when I asked the front desk for a re-print of my receipt from dinner the night before, she told me she couldn't do it, and didn't offer to figure it out. She did tell me to have a nice day...
Pros. Most everything. Fun to have Starbucks right there and the Mall across the street.
Cons. Toilet clogged before retiring and we were too tired to call the front desk. It made the morning unpleasant to have a clogged toilet. I'm sure they would have fixed it right away but we were only there for the night and checked out early. That's our only complaint.
Cons. Overall the room was great. It was very clean and the staff was nice. The walls however are very thin and we could hear our neighbors that kept us up through the night.
