The position was very good, 15-20 minutes walking to the centre and close to the subway
We paid for a double room with PRIVATE external bathroom, well it turned out the bathroom was not private at all, there was no key and there was a nice sign telling everybody this was a WC; so anybody could use it. I aske for the key, and complained a lot about it, they said there was no key (sure the bathroom was public so they could not close it) but they would put a sign saying this was private, Guess what? It never happened. Moreover we received through booking a confirmation that we could have a late check out (16 to 17) on our last stay but they said they never confirmed it it was only booking.con doing so and there was no late check out. They didi keep our baggages, but of course this is a different service, As the cherry on top of the pie, the bathroon was awfully smelly.
Friendly and helpful stuff, great location, clean and tidy. Great price.
Authentic atmosphere. Clean, comfortable and big room. Cosy and calm. Helpful people at the reception! We really enjoyed our stay there. A one minute walk from the oldest park in Porto. Good connection to the airport.
The staff were friendly. The room was clean and the wifi worked okay and it was quiet. There is a nice cafe 1 minute away where you can buy hot drinks and food. They let us leave our bags there after we checked out and we collected later at 4pm.
We booked one room which said - room with private external bathroom, however, the bathroom was not exactly private. In the room there was a bidet and a sink basin but the toilet and shower was outside on the same floor and shared with other rooms. I think the wording of 'private external bathroom' should be changed, as it makes you think that the bathroom is just for the use of yourself and not others.
Very nice and warm front office clerks. Great location.
Very short bed (I am over 180cm and my feet were out of bed). Moreover bathroom smell really bad.
