Pros (+) We stayed here a few years ago, and they've definitely been upgrading. The rooms and the hotel are much nicer than I remember. The front desk staff was really welcoming and helpful. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. The location is really convenient.
Cons (-) The complimentary breakfast is really bad. Wedged in a back ballroom, everything was cold and half-hearted. It took forever to have basics like cream and water pitchers refilled. There are tons of great diners in the area. It's definitely worth venturing out and paying elsewhere.
