Staff very friendly and helpful. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful! Great staff in the hotel and especially in The Bistro. Amazing customer service from front desk ladies and the bistro staff! Our room was very cozy and the food was absolutely delicious. 10/10 would recommend, we'll definitely be back!

Drunk Bikers hanging around the parking garage. Very small bathrooms. Poor maintenance and upkeep of the property. It was quite cold in the room (ancient steam heat and unseasonably cold weather) but the staff provided additional blankets and a space heater so no big deal. Small room. The shower would go from scalding hot to cold and it had no water pressure. There is no microwave or fridge which I've always hated. Difficult to plan meals around that. Also those pillows are awful so bring your own! The noise was extreme at night due to the busy streets, but if you want to be right in the middle of the fun, whiskey row, the town square and all the shops and restaurants, the noise is to be expected. The hotel does give you ear plugs at check-in. That was a clue. Expensive room with an absolutely lousy view out the window, we were looking at big AC units on the roof. Seems like we get rooms with crappy views every time we stay there so we will probably try a different place next time. The dinner was not all that great, my food was VERY salty, the lady at the table next to us warned me, she had the same dish and the same reaction. But, since the restaurant had just recently opened I understand that it takes a while to dial in everything. Very nice waitress. No breakfast included, coffee at the front desk every morning (had to change to regular clothes (from PJ's)) to get it. Wifi was not super powerful. A coffee maker in the room would be great! Some type of food would be nice too. Better pillows please. The room was small and needs an update. The AC is loud in the room. The AC is loud from other rooms. I could hear toilets flush from other rooms and I could hear them turn on the bathroom lights because the fans in the bathrooms are so loud.
