6.0 Good
Pros: clean room
Cons: rotten dinner buffet
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Great price and a good halfway point between home and LA. I really like that they don’t tack on a resort fee on top of the room price. Most Vegas area hotels are hard to price because resort fees can vary between $10 and $25 per room. So it’s nice to find a place where you pay what is posted. Plus, the rooms and beds and pillows were quite comfortable. Plus, the Adam West Batman car was really cool.
Cons: I avoid staying at casinos, but the distance between the front doors to check in to the elevators was really quite short, which was a nice surprise.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool and waterside.
Cons: Not much to eat and fireplaces went off every night.
6.0 Good
Cons: Resort fee is a joke
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: They cancelled my reservationat 2, when my check in time was at 3 pm and then told me they were all booked.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location more for gambling , service on the floor from waitresses to dealers were friendly. Very casual atmosphere. Rooms were good, kept up and A/C worked great. I have seen a lot worse in Vegas at much higher rates. Great place to get the gambling bug out and cut loose. I rather travel here than many Indian reservation casinos that are close to where I live.
Cons: Run down inside but clean more of a straight forward gambling not for vacation. Checking in was very long ... there was no line but there was only one employee working who was extremely slow. Nothing there to make it memorable except for winning big or losing big.. lol
4.8 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Rooms need updating. Extremely low water pressure
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: We did get a full refund after finding multiple long black hairs on the shower walls (my wife and I are blonde) and a mysterious brown clump and smear on the back of the bathroom door near the door handle... YUCK!!
Cons: Everything.... Won't stay there again
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Games n band
Cons: Bathroom was dripping water on urinals
6.0 Good
Pros: Super low price.... then resort fee. Gotcha!
5.4 Okay
Pros: We needed to switch rooms because our a/c didn't work. The staff was very helpful and immediately moved us to a much cooler room.
Cons: The hotel is VERY outdated. Carpet was grungy. Trash was left in room. Old bandaid stuck to lamp. TV was old.
9.4 Excellent
Cons: My View Of The Pool
6.8 Good
Pros: Big Casino
Cons: Long queque in reception
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Been there before when our grown children were little and it was clean and worth it.
Cons: Had to go to main desk 3, yes THREE, times to redo our key card before we could get into our room (with luggage in tow). Room was NOT clean--receipt from previous guests crumpled up in corner AND french fries on floor by desk. Will not stay there again. Stay at your own risk or save your money. One more thing...they charged by credit card $30 holding fee which was released when I checked out. Why?????? charge it in the first place.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Front desk fast efficient room quiet.Pretty much what we needed for a night it was available.Staff is friendly kinda makes u feel like they would remember you
Cons: No radio in room
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: We were sent to Buffalo Bills after being told there were no more tooms available at Primm. Receeptionist Kimberly was very rude! We will never stay at State Line ever again! The rooms at Buffalo Bills are very outdated! There is no Poker Room at any of the three Hotels! Its worth the extra 30-40 mins to the Strip!!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed! 42" flat screen Panasonic in room! Original Pancake House in casino! Excellent large shopping mall is part of property!
Cons: 2nd floor rooms are part of the casino level. Property is a bit dated.
7.1 Good
Pros: Our room was clean, beds comfortable, the price was attractive.
Cons: Outside of the facility worn, casino and other public areas not the cleanest. Probably seen better days. Would have given a higher rating if it was cleaner and didn't smell smoke in all of the public areas. Probably par for the course when it comes to a casino property.
5.7 Okay
Pros: I liked the cost and they allowed early check in
Cons: The bathroom was gross
5.4 Okay
Pros: They had a vacancy! It was one of the few left on less than 12 hours notice. In Las Vegas there was no room for under $250.00. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: There we ice buckets in the room, but no glasses --- glass or plastic. This seemed odd. It is an older hotel. It was clean, but definitely no frill room. Felt dark and dated. Served the purpose for our one night stay.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Value for the area
4.8 Okay
Pros: Low price. The room was clean.
Cons: Upon arrival I was told that the hotel had given away my non-smoking room, so I would have to have a smoking room. I was given my room key and a quick description of where the room was. When I exited the elevator I looked to see my room number and it was not written on the key folder, so I had to walk all the way back down to the check in counter and wait and then ask for my room number. The alarm clock in my room did not function, the leds were burnt out and showed only have of the numbers. The AC/heater in the room was so loud that it would wake me up each time it turned on and I am a pretty heavy sleeper. the room was a five minute walk from the casino. It was on the opposite side of the pool courtyard and there were no gates that I could find that were open to cut across, so you had to walk all around the entire circle to the far side each time you wished to go from the room to the casino. There were no bedspreads on the bed and the blanket was very thin for the winter. There was no extra blanket in the room.
4.5 Okay
Pros: I always stop here on my way to Vegas to visit the outlet mall. This is the best of the 3 hotel options as it is attached to the mall. We arrived late and the woman at the check in desk was very nice and helpful. She made sure that we got a room with a King bed - I had requested one, but was down for 2 queens. They have a late check out - noon, so we had time for a good sleep and a gym visit before checking out. They also have the option of free covered parking, so you don't have to leave your car baking in the hot sun while you shop the day away. It is only a short 40 mile drive to Vegas from here.
Cons: The property is really old and it shows it. Many things are closed - not sure if they are renovating, or just closing. The monorail wasn't open and the coffee bar was operating just as bare bones. The rooms are pretty beat up - with all the traffic showing in the furniture and the state of the rugs. The air conditioner produced LOTS of cold air - making the room too cold and they provided only one light blanket - so our sleep was not great. We tried adjusting the a/c, but couldn't seem to warm the room up. While we did have a king bed, there were only 2 small pillows - not acceptable for us. We always have the option of calling for more , and help with the a/c, but they don't keep housekeeping staff late - and when we arrived, we wanted to go right to sleep, as it was about 2 am. The bed itself was comfortable, but everything else made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Our room was fairly clean, but the hallways to the room (and they are LONG) were very dirty - not giving a good impression for what was to come. The room rates had gone up substantially. Traditionally, the rooms ran $25-35 on the internet. This time, they were $55 plus a resort fee of $6. Way to expensive for what you get. The casino floor allows smoking - as do most, but here it is heavy in the air. Most casinos seem to have great exhaust systems that keep the smoke from being too noticeable - not here. Next time, I'll try the casino in Jean and just drive back the few miles to the outlet mall. This hotel is just too delapidated, even for one night.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: It was A LOT nicer than we expected. Nice pool area.
Cons: N/A
2.6 Mediocre
Cons: I dont even know where to start. The place was poorly cooled. We decided to eat at the Pub. We sat at booth and ordered food from our server. Before food came my friend seen a Hugh bug right next to my head. We moved to another table and when server came back we quietly told her about bug. She looked and started yelling across bar ( ewww theirs a bug) to the bar tender. He comes over talking so loud and gets bug and waves it in my face. Management did nothing. Yes we had to pay.
5.1 Okay
Cons: Put us next to a stairwell that thumped and creaked all night. They should not even offer these rooms except to the exceptionally desperate.

6.5 Good
Cons: Understaffed for food options
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms, friendly staff, easy access to freeway. Comfortable beds would recommend, for value stay.
Cons: Parking is a mess. Friday and Saturday night are very hard to find parking spot. My Only complaint.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: After THOROUGH investigation there was no evidence of bed bugs in our room.
Cons: The ONLY reason we did not ask for a refund and leave this place was because we were too far from anything better. Inside the room: the floors have NEVER been vacuumed as the corners of the room had thick layer of dust. We never let anything but the bottom of our shoes touch the floor. It was so disgusting. Our room reaked of human urine. The ONLY clean thing in this room was the sheets. The shower had dead insects (cockroaches ect) in the shower door tracks. There were hair balls and nastiness behind the toilet. The bathroom reaked. I am certain it has not been cleaned in years! Outside the rooms: There were cigarettes butts and beer bottles all over hallway floors. The ice machine was so disgusting we bought ice at the gas station. It had trash and mold all over the drain and the floor. There was blood drippings on the hotel door entrance. Trash filled the outside planters. The pool: there were 3 pool attendants/lifeguards all sitting around. There was soggy pizza crust and soaked candy on the ground next to the hot tub. The pool was FILLED with tons of debris and leaves. That really is not that big of a deal, but with 3 pool attendants maybe someone could have done some basic cleaning. The pool was FRIDGID! Not just a little cold, frigid! Don’t stay here. Stop in Las Vegas or push on to California. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. We have a 2 year old who could not sit the car any longer after 12hrs from Colorado. After the pool we looked at all our options to leave. We decided to walk around the outlet mall across the street for a couple of hours to kill time. We came back to the room slept quickly and woke up at 3am to get back on the road and the heck out of Primm,NV. #primmnotproper
5.7 Okay
Pros: I like that I could have my small dog come on my weekend get away with me.i thank she had more fun then I did lol.
Cons: The room need to be update. And they need new carpet in the back lobby.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
5.7 Okay
Pros: The hotel was VERY affordable. Convenient restaurants inside open 24 hours. Dennys was my pick for breakfast. Great food and service.
Cons: Maybe this is a 'get what you pay for' kind of thing, but I was very disappointed with the appearance of the rooms. For being renovated in 2015, the caulking in the bathroom was peeling and missing all over the sink and vanity. The credenza Had water damage so bad the finish was peeled off the entire top surface. The drawers were chippend falling apart. The tv was a RCA from the mid 90's. The telephone was so stained and crusty I didn't want to even use it to call the front desk. Ther wasn't a coffe pot or guest guide book either which are two things that I count on in my room (never stayed anywhere that didn't have one. The staff was kind of sloppy and unhappy. Not everyone but the majority I encountered. The front parking lot was full of trucks and campers parked so crooked they had maybe 40 vehicles in a parking lot that could accommodate 100+
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were great and made for a nice pit stop while traveling.
Cons: Not enough dealers.... Many tables closed at night and in the morning.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Location was good right on California/Nevada border
Cons: I booked a non smoking but I was told they only had smoking. It was late and there was nowhere else to go. The room was hot and the AC did not work well.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Hot shower and beds
Cons: No handicap service, monorail not working. No buffet very little space for Denny's and McDonald's. I can list a lot more.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The bed and bathroom were very nice except the carpet and toilet were very old.
Cons: The bed, the view, the proximity to Las Vegas without the congestiin, AC was cold.and close to 24 hour restaurant
3.7 Mediocre
Cons: Arrived at midnight with a reservation to a line of people being helped by just one employee. There were desks for 10 employees but for some reason we had to wait for a half hour in a small line that got a lot bigger after we arrived. I can only imagine how long the people behind us had to wait.
4.5 Okay
Cons: All staff that we spoke with were not friendly or helpful at all, except for one man who was not especially friendly, but answered our question in a very acceptable manner. The tram was closed "either temporarily or for the night" - staff was not sure which.
