Pros: Room was way bigger than expected! Pool area clean with plenty of towels.
The pool was crowded and older kids were being obnoxious, making swimming for my four year old almost impossible. The lobby area was PACKED and every space was being used. There were newspapers and brochures strewn about the steps while children ran wild. I thought most places had a policy about 'quiet times' (usually around 10:00pm or so) but this place didn't seem to enforce them. At almost midnight we heard children running down the hall shouting. Overall, I'd say this was a nice hotel for the price...we must have stayed on a bad night. I would stay here again.
Pros: It was a very nice hotel for the price! The breakfast was great, the room was nice and the public areas were decent.
Cons: There was no bell to ring at the desk and I waited about 5 minutes before someone came to help. There must have been a party or something going on because it was LOUD. At 10:30 there were still children running and screaming down the halls.
Pros: The facilities of the hotel were nice. The room was spacious and everything seemed fairly clean. Comfortable bed and everything worked as it should. The way the room set up made it seem like a nicer, more expensive hotel, even though it was under $100 a night to stay.
Cons: The staff was awful. The man at the front desk has a barely understandable accent and while I don't blame him for this, I did have to ask for him to repeat himself a few times because I just couldn't get what he was saying. He got annoyed at me very quickly and was not polite at all, even when I first walked in he did not say anything or any sort of greeting, just waited for me to speak.
The light in my bathroom was also very, very dim, and it was hard to see.

Cons: There was only a tiny bathroom when the pictures showed a heart bathtub. Breakfast was not put out on time, had to dial 0 for the guy to wake up and only set out some sweet snacks when a complimentary breakfast was supposed to be included. Not very happy
Cons: No hot water at first. No continental breakfast as advertised. Terrible bed which gave me a backache. It was old. Hallway carpet was bad. Everything was old and needs replacement. Wasn't worth the cost.
Cons: There is no Internet service,no breal fast which are shown on website.
Pros: Very friendly staff and helpful
Cons: Should have a pop machine and candy machines
Pros: the manager.he was personal very nice
Pros: It was convenient to the Hospital & it was clean. Mgmt was very helpful & accommodating. My husband had to have an operation the next morning & we were both very tired & had to be there at 7:30am.
Cons: It was so cold & we had the heat turned up to 75 & it didn't matter, then at about 2 in the morning, it got so hot,we couldn't sleep. We won't stay there again.
Pros: The owner or front desk personnel was very friendly and nice
Cons: The hotel advertised free breakfast and Wi-Fi but neither existed. The room was freezing when I entered but it was clean enough. The entire hotel smelt of a wet ash tray. Not having even a doughnut in the morning was disappointing but not having Wi-Fi su
Cons: no one was at the front had to wait even when calling them on the phone
Good place to stay when when you need a break from driving in this area.
Pros: Very friendly manager.
Pros: The room was Clean,Bath room and living room were clean, Air Condition worked very well and bed had a firm mattress// IT`s a no frill room. just basic stuff....
Cons: Management did not seem to care when I asked to be called at 7 A.M. a wake up call..IN fact told me I should get up at Nine o.Clock and then he would make breakfast..Had trouble opening door too room.Had to call management to open door..Poor lighting
No vending machines, the refrigerator ruigned ALL OF our food, the bed was so bad that my son, who had a wrestling Tournament the next morning, had to sleep on the floor, and the microwave didn't even work. All in all, it was HORRIBLE!
Pros: The staff
Cons: I felt like I brought my children to a crack house. Barking dogs all night! No Bible in room as required by Law.
The entire hotel, including both non-smoking rooms I stayed in, smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. As stated, the baseboard heater in the first room didn't work, but it took more than 5 hours before the second room felt reasonably warm. Though I was warned it would eventually become extremely hot in the room if I kept the thermostat on high, that never came close to happening. A continental breakfast was advertised on Priceline, but there wasn't one. The wifi signal was pretty weak and my phone kept switching from wifi to 3G because the signal kept going in and out...good thing I didn't need to use a wifi only tablet or laptop. I understand it's only a 1 star hotel, but the reasons I chose this hotel was because it was extremely close to a conference I was attending, had free wifi and an advertised continental breakfast. Poor service or lack of service on 2 of three items advertised should make this a 0 star hotel...maybe 1/2 a star because the desk person was extremely kind. I also didn't know there was another hotel in the town...I would have gladly paid the extra money and been further away from the conference for a warmer room and the other items mentioned.
Pros: The woman at the front desk was very kind.
Cons: The first room (switched rooms because the heat didn't work) was pretty beat up (frayed carpet, holes in the wall where doorknobs hit it, and paint chipping from the bathroom ceiling). The second room was a little better.
