I booked a car from 10am thursday to 2pm sunday. On pick up I asked for a gps as a big advertise was sitting on the desk - GPS $174 per day. It appeared they ddidn't have any. As an european driver, the gps in mexico is absolute must and I did suffer a lot without it. I booked the smallest and cheapest car, but the price went up to about £120 with a basic insurance. On my day of drop off, I went there half an hour later, as the traffic was horrendous. The desk was closed. No one was there. Another Rep from Europcar advised me just to leave the keys at Enterprise desk, but refused to take them. I started to look for a help. No one could do anything. I had to hurry up for my plane at Mexico city. No information at the airport. Just felt so helpless. At the end, having been pressed for time, I left the car at the car park and left the keys at Europcar desk(their rep was missing at that point). So I left the car without anyone checking it for damages or petrol. Enterprise kept £500 as a deposit and I don't know if it is going to be refunded. I left the car with full tank and no damages, but there was no one to certify that. This is not a way how a big company should operate. Extremely disappointed of their attitude and lack of professionalism. At least they should have sent me an email, assuring me everything is ok. I would advise anyone not to book a car at Puebla airport from Enterprise. Not safe.2.0 Poor

A friend who lives near the airport there warned me that the airport car rental agencies always add on extra fees. I called Enterprise in advance and the assured me that this would not happen, and they told me what I would pay. It was late in the evening when I got to the counter. The whole process took over an hour, which is excessively long. The agent refused to allow me to waive insurance, I'm covered both by my credit card and my regular car insurance. When he finally agreed to allow me to use my own insurance he demanded a $3,500.0 US Dollar deposit! My card didn't have that kind of room on it, not to mention that a charge like that is completely unreasonable. Because it was late and I had no other options to leave the airport he made me purchase full coverage insurance for over $200, which was money I don't have. He was unprofessional and unreasonable. I'm not sure if he gets a bonus for adding insurance but it definitely seemed that way. I have already emailed Enterprise but have not heard back from them.2.0 Poor

Cons:
No car was available! The personnel were very rude and unprofessional, I was forced to go to another car rental company which at the time of returning the rental car I was getting double charged. I really recommend the use of video surveillance to protect the customer and your business.Alamo

The car was clean and fine but had several dings in the side. I’ve never seen such a thing on a rental car before.Cons:
Our rental was supposed to cost about $6. They charged over $70 and forced us to purchase insurance which I had already purchased the carrentals.com. Also charged $300 for a deposit instead of simply authorizing that amount. Terrible experience.2.0 Poor

Very limited vehicle selection. Vehicle had ran ok, but lots of issues including (safety) no missing driver's sun vision. Fuel and trunk release handles missing and not attached. Fuel released opened the trunk and trunk release labled as fuel, The driver's sun visor was the most concerning. It seems that previous damages or issues were not repaired. Not a big issue but the vehicle had had half a tank of fuel. I feel that the car should be full of fuel when it is rented and be returned the same by the renter. Rather than guessing how much fuel to buy to get to half a tank or so. No TCL here for the car by the agency.. The rate, deposit and insurance were excessive for the vehicle Renault Logan in my opinion.Budget

Car was not ready at pick up time but 1:30 minutes after. Car was not delivered full, air conditioner was not working at mid day, car was dirty inside. At the return point for 1/16 of gas I was charged almost 25 dollars even though I was asking the rental person how much I needed to put in gas2.0 Poor

No, I was asked to had a deposit of $2,500 USD to rent the car and forced to pay with a different CC , I told the Budget Rep that I want to paid with the same CC and he told me that, that was not going to be possible and threat me on not giving me the rental car His name is, Marco Antonio Vazquez CCons:
Customer Service was awful I felt threated and mistreated. Marco Antonio Vazquez was rude to me. Also the smell of the car was awful. I end up paying $190Usd for what it supposed to be $143.46. Horrible Experience, I wont use Budget as a rental option again10.0 Wonderful
