Fue la peor experiencia. Nosotros solicitamos el auto a las 9. Llegamos a retirar el auto a las 10, ya que se retrasó una hora el viaje. Y me quisieron cobrar por llegar una hora después, a pesar de en en sus términos puedo llegar hasta 6 horas más tarde. Pero me dijeron que por haberlo contratado por kayak/priceline tenía q atenerme a sus términos. Les muestro q los términos de kayak/priceline no dice q el tiempo de espera es solo de una hora, sin embargo no les importo. Nos maltrataron y nos dijeron q no nos podemos quejar en su país. Les pagamos lo que pedían y tuvimos q esperar 40 minutos más el auto. Y cuando llega nos dicen que nos cancelan el contrato. Por lo que nos cancelaron el contrato y no nos devolvieron el dinero, ya que lo contratamos con uds y no con ellos. Nos amenazó que hasta nos iba a deportar si nos seguíamos quejando. Tuvimos que irnos a otra rentadora.

When I arrived at the pickup location, they didn't have a car for me and told me they didn't have a reservation for me. So, I had to move all my plans and assume all the additional costs that the inconvenience caused to me. Renting a car in Mexico is a complete mess. The cars are so basic. Police are waiting for you at the exit of the rental car location to fine you for a random reason they will make up. The insurance is extremely expensive. There are so many reason more I don't recommend to rent a car in Mexico.

Very bad experience. The announced price was not the right one and i was forced to pay an insurance 3 times the price that was never announced. Taking the car was very long. Our cas was very gas consuming and expensive at the end.
The rental company did not accept the insurance that the booking company offered and instead charged 3xs for the insurance. The location of the rental place was difficult to find.

Experience was good! Everything went smoothly. Place hidden in the back between 2 car dealerships and took some time to find it. Also, just in case, we purchase additional insurance, which was outrageously expensive, comparing to price of rental. If not for that, I would give it 5 stars.

The rental hides insurance pricing until after you're at the counter; and the insurance is expensive—it raised the cost of my rental 6x. Besides, I booked a SUV and they only had an economy sedan.
Placed the car on hold through kayak and was given a price for the set number of days I needed the car. I did not want insurance on the car as my credit card offers coverage and I was willing to accept any liability. However, once I got to the car rental, I was notified that insurance was mandatory through the car rental company, Avis. Initially, I was given a price of $148 at booking and once there they wanted me to pay approximately $500 extra for insurance! I opted to not get the car and was left careless fo the duration of my trip.

Car was too small for full size suv, wish I was told only one large suitcase fit with 7 people. We were jammed packed and they were not able to upgrade us to another vehicle since they didn't have any available. The directions of avis car rental on the receipt was the airport so during drop off it took us 30 minutes to find the location.

We didn't end up renting the car. When we arrived, they told us if we do t pay $600 for their separate insurance, we have to pay $36000 US to cover the entire car, even though we have coverage with a credit car. The car would have ended up being over $1200 for a week. We will never book with Europcar again.
They refused to honour the pre-paid insurance i purchased from you and was forced to buy theirs!!! The cheap rates you offer are just a hook abd they make it up on insurance

When arrived at Budget, I was charged more than 7 times the price I had in my reservation with nothing extra. The price simply when up when I got there and didn't honor the reservation. In addition, Elizabeth ar the counter was extremely rude. I will not recommend.

I got there and they didn’t want to give me a car. First they wanted me to pay more then $700 usd for car insurance on a $200 usd rental! It is ridiculous. I refuse the insurance so they said my passport card wasn’t going through. I rented a car in Cancun with no issue through another company and the documentation I present was good enough for them, but not for Hertz! I would NEVER book through them again and I would NEVER recommend them!

I feel cheated, the price for the car was supposed to be about $160 in less than three days. Once there, the seller informed me that the price would be $430 due to mandatory insurance. When returning the car at night - around 3 am - it was difficult to find someone from the service, everyone was asleep, and no one spoke English to answer my questions. Generally, I recommend avoiding this location, I had very bad experiences with it.

Terrible. Nowhere is it advertised that if you don’t take the optional insurance you have to leave a security deposit of ~$2,000 USD (yes two thousand not a typo). That is a huge inconvenience and something that needs to be mentioned ahead of time.

Total scam, ended up with extreme extra charges and fees
The car itself was fine. The non existant pick up at the airport with no response from any number listed for them, after an hour and a half I hired a cab (they refused to reiemburse me) to get to a locked gate. The guard finally let me in to find their location at the back of the lot. The basic insurance is included (on the internet add) turned out to be false. The cost was $350 for the car and over $900 for the insurance, nowhere in the adds does it state anything about this cost I feel they rate right up there with phone scammers. Be Ware! The people we interacted with once we found their location were polite and pleasant the only thing is they are peddaling a scam.

They did not honor our reservation. Eurocar had us there for about an hour that they could not find our reservation. They did not help us rent another car just told us they did not think it would be good for us since all the could do for us was a car 10 times the price. Plus insurance once I called the number for customer service it was them as well and they said that there system would may be update in an hour and see if they could find it. Very disappointed since it was a complete failure.

The information you provided on the rental agency was wrong. Although the agency of my reservation was Advantage, that was handled by a different agency. The confirmation you provided on my reservation indicated another agency for that (Europcar) but that was wrong too. After asking different people in the airport and searching through my cell phone, I discovered that the actual agency that handled my reservation was MEX Rent a Car, which was not indicated in any of the information I received from you. Even worse, although that agency had my reservation, it didn't have any cars available when I finally reach their offices in a location outside the airport.

Horrible. The don’t talk about the money you have to leave with them, literally I had to put 13 thousand dollars in the case that something happen to the car. That cost a car on Mexico.

I end up not getting the car. It was uncomfortable to have biometrics taken to rent a car and to catch the agent taking pictures of my documents with her personal phone. The deposit of 14,000 (fourteen thousand) dollars was excessive to say the least. The insurance they offer was also excessive in price 90usd per day but glass and tires were not covered. Why do they need an airplane ticket in order for me to rent a car? Do I need to fly in ondee to drive? I do not understand why they needed to know my travel itinerary. Turns out I did not get the car because of all cars had foreign registration, which was inconvenient for me.
