Hotel needs some updates but overall 2.5 stars. The outdoor pool is very nice. Minimal breakfast but hey Cracker Barrel is right next door.
Pros (+) Beautiful, modern, comfortable and clean. The room was spacious, with a nice view of the courtyard and pool. There was a nice selection of breakfast food.
Pros (+) The Puebla area isn't exactly known for its hotels. But this La Quinta is a big bang for your buck. We were traveling with our dog and are pretty used to $15 - $30 pet fees. Not here. Every room is pet friendly and there are no additional fees. They have a free contimental breakfast but we opted for The Cracker Barrel next door, which was surprisingly good.
Cons (-) The only down side I could scrounge up is how close it is thump I25. But it's a very minor issue as the rooms seem to dampen the road noise pretty well. Then again, easy freeway access. So even that has an up side.
Pros (+) Staff was nice. Pet friendly was a big plus.
