The car was very small - I asked for (and paid for) economy, not compact, and the Geo Spark option I had did not appear commensurate with the Mitsubishi option that was presented in the listing. The staff immediately tried to upswell me before even showing me the car, which I then had to ask for. Ultimately, not a bad experience, but slightly disappointing.9.2 Wonderful

Read bad reviews of the Enterprise in Charles Town and Leesburg didn't have unlimited miles. Checked Kayak again and the right deal in Purcellville came up. Jumped on it. Couldn't have been easier from pickup to drop off. Thanks.9.2 Wonderful

When I arrived, they informed me that they didn't have any cars. I said I made a reservation and asked why no one called me to tell me that. After explaining that I needed the one way rental to make a flight in Baltimore, they allowed me to take a car that was in waiting to get an oil change. I ended up with an SUV when my reservation was for an economy so there was a sliver lining. Just a lot of unnecessary stress during pickup. I understand them getting cars was out of their control but I would have appreciated a courtesy call that morning so I could have made other arrangements.10.0 Wonderful

had requested a 1pm pickup and was reprimanded for being 1 hour late...service desk told me I had a 12pm pickup. the location is very small with only 1 attendant and apparently this delayed their lunch.7.6 Good

At pickup they were going to give me a larger car at no charge, however they went through the whole process before noticing the inspection was not valid. Was not too disappointed as I wasn't expected the larger vehicle but inspection should have been noted in their system. At pickup they told me the gas line to fill to and at drop off it was almost two ticks above it and was still charged $50 fuel service for a tank that holds maximum $25.Hertz

The rental place for our van was much cheaper than any other rental I could find. The van was clean and in good working condition.Cons:
Although I was told there would be 24-hour drop-off with a key drop at one end of the building, two of us could not find the key drop with intent circling of the building on foot. We ended up finding an open door and light on in the garage area but no one there. I ended up leaving the key on a work desk with a note.Airports serving Purcellville
