Pros (+) Beds were comfortable
Cons (-) There were roaches. No bedbugs though. The room was very dated and needs serious updating. Mold in the sink area. Definitely not a place I'd stay again

Pros (+) The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location was nice. It was convenient to the family we were visiting as well as stores and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, more than I expected them to be. Free breakfast was nice. Lots of variety there.
Cons (-) The bathroom and floors were filthy! There was mold on the shower head. We had a 10 month old baby with us, and we did not feel comfortable giving him a bath in the tub. The floor would blacken your feet, so we kept socks/shoes on. There was a musty smell. Overall, I think I overpaid for this place. It was about $315 for three nights. Had this not been an emergency family trip (sick relative) I wo...

Pros (+) When I was moved to a clean and quiet room, I felt the room was nice and comfortable. The staff was most willing to accommodate me.
Cons (-) It is a very noisy place and the pool was not heated as stated in the brochure. The initial room I was in looked like something that is rented weekly by the homeless. The rooms are not worth the price charged and the hotel looks nothing like the pictures on line. This is not the first Quality Inn I have stayed at that looks nothing like the pictures you see when booking a room. It is false adverti...
