Pros (+) From the outside the building looks nice, the lobby is also nice, but the rooms are bad.
Cons (-) The hotel carpets are dirty and the rooms need remodeling, everything in the rooms is very dated.

Pros (+) Breakfast was pretty good...standard fast food fair with exception of self-make waffles. Room was decent size with large bed and fridge/microwave combo.
Cons (-) I killed three roaches in the bathroom...to be fair, they were spraying when I was there.

Cons (-) The room was dirty, tired, walls were thin. You didn't have password protected Wi-Fi. Really, in this day and age??

Cons (-) This is a pet friendly hotel yet every time we left and our dog barked we got a phone call to return. They had us in a room right next to the front desk and breakfast area which would cause her to bark. We requested a new room and they said they didn't have any availability. We kept giving her Benedryl, notified the staff we would only be gone 2 hours for a Christmas Eve dinner. They called 20 min...

Pros (+) check in was quick, everything ready for arrival, front desk staff was very nice. although the hotel is undergoing renovations, you could not tell at all (definitely a plus). rooms were clean, fresh linens and towels, comfortable beds and great location off 1-75. Breakfast offerings are typical, seemed like powder eggs although. Coffee was fresh and good.
Cons (-) Price is a little high as there are no real different amenities then the typical Comfort Inn, etc.
