I found an intravenous needle in the bed. I asked to speak with the manager or assistant but nobody was there for two days. I asked to have the bed changed and the room cleaned but they ignored my request. I’ve been coming to this hotel for more than five years, but this was the absolute worst ever. William Kaufman

The desk staff was always helpful when I had problems with the television and needed more coffee. HOWEVER, overall, this property is far from Hilton standards! Yes, it's only a Hampton Inn, but it bears the Hilton name and that should mean something. The rooms are very sparse, not even a closet or a set of drawers for clothing! No hooks in the bathroom. No toilet lid. The shower was in an old tub ...

Pros (+) The staff were very friendly, check-in and -out were a breeze, and the breakfast had a lot of options.
Cons (-) The showerhead was old and needed to be replaced.

Cons (-) The mandatory $50 precharge for incidentals, refunded “later”, is really onerous and abusive. A forced loan. Bad policy and discouraged me from using Hampton in the future

Pros (+) Rob at the front desk remembered me from when I called to add a guest to my room. He greeted us right away and the room was ready. Very clean and neat rooms

Pros (+) Terrific staff, clean and well maintained room. Toiletries were high quality, plenty of towels, pillows, etc. Microwave and mini fridge were welcome.
Cons (-) Had to run hot water in bath for 30 seconds to get hot water in sink, but after that, boiling hot water forever. Desk chair and loveseat not very comfortable OK for short sessions.
