Location Mattress was worn out and front desk did not inform me that there was no maid service on saturday

We DID NOT like the fact that there is no housekeeping services on the weekends. We needed our trash emptied and fresh towels. You have to go to the front desk to get anything like that. Absolutely unacceptable.

Staff was excellent Bed was worn and quite uncomfortable. Not what I expected from a Wyndham group bed.

Did not even stay. Room smelled. Checked into different hotel

Proximity to shopping and the interstate Hotel outdated, carpet is not clean, room is average. Free breakfast is average.

Price Barking dog in the hall, smaller room than requested.

Very clean. Large, well-stocked breakfast bar. water saver faucet did not let out enough water to wash face.

The room was not clean, bathroom out of date, and the white sheets had yellow stains.

Breakfast was decent. This is an extended stay type of hotel. A lot of construction workers with out of state license plates. The clerk told us they are quick to check if they smell marijuana smoke coming from a room. Great. NOT a 2-1/2 star hotel as advertised!!!

The neighborhood was quiet and the room was clean. Great place just to get some rest. We could easily hear the people in the room above us walking around. Also the parking was a little awkward due to the layout. Not such a great place if you'd like a little romance.

Breakfast was served late. I HATED the slamming door to the outside right on the same wall as my headboard. It shook the whole room all morning every time someone went in or out of the hotel When I checked in, I didn't like the fact that the employee took my credit card into another room to put a hold for incidentals. He was gone for 3-4 minutes, and I don't like my credit card out of my site. It was awkward and I felt uncomfortable

It was clean for a residence inn - not too much cooking smell. There is one bed - only - in each room. They called it a Queen, but it felt smaller. Worn out mattress - we rolled into each other all night. LOUD heating/air engine in room - sounded like a jet taking off when it came on. The rooms are really singles.

Location is not bad. Was not very clean. Bathroom not clean.

none they offer only one queen bed, the staff did bring in a roll up bed upon request, but the roll up bed is very uncomfortable, got back pain after one night stay

the location was hard to find, but that also made it quiet and not on the busy road. Room was clean Security was iffy, when we left there were police cars there. No one was ever at the desk.

The hotel is freshly remodeled. The rooms are nice and spacious. Free laundry! The night staff at the front desk was extremely rude. He didn't want to deal with Priceline to get us checked in. They charged me for my room because they were too lazy to collect from Priceline. My money has not been returned and no one responded to emai

Nothing. It was hard to find, under construction, no food, no loby. They failed to make up opur room. see above.

That the sheets were not clean. We found many hairs throughout the sheets, bed, and bathroom. Yuck. The staff members were nice enough, yet they could not find our reservation. Had someone not recently cancelled, we would have been on the road (better?)

Hot water! From the dark parking lot, to the multiple extended stay patrons (which we did not know it was extended stay) walking dogs down the hallways, to the bad smells in the hallways, as well as, in the rooms, made this (6) night stay very unpleasant.

Parking was close to entrance to hotel. Very dark parking lot. I could hear people above our room walking around. The linins on the bed were very thin. The bed was lumpy.

It was close to a 1 star hotel!! Not 2 1/2 star that you advertised. It was a 1 star hotel.

We recently stayed at this hotel for two nights over a weekend while we were visiting our kids in Raleigh. The property was nicely maintained outside but the rooms were really depressing. I'm glad we were only sleeping there at night and didn't have to spend much time in the room. We won't be going back there again.

Previous travelers had warned of the difficult to find location and they were right - although there is now a sign directing you to the hotel which is VERY helpful (we would have driven right past without it). It's convenient to shopping and highways but not much else. We had no issues with the bed and the bathroom was clean. The kitchen area was a nice convenience for coffee in the morning and for reheating left-overs. I was suprised, however, that no one seemed to come to clean the room. The bed remained un-made and the dishes sat in the sink the entire day. I don't really enjoy having to make my own bed or do dishes while on vacation so had I known this fact we probably would have stayed elsewhere. Not having the towels replaced for 3 days is a bit ridiculous so I went to the front desk to ask for fresh ones. I had to wait for over 15 minutes for someone to show up. There was no area information to be found in the hotel - nothing indicating activities in the area or directions of any kind (thank goodness I found the phone book in the night stand). As another traveler stated, it was fine for crashing between NCAA basketball games but other than that I would skip it next time.

It starts with the location, which is impossible to find, tucked behind stores and trees. The lobby reminds me of a college dorm, spartan and cramped, with a pull down metal security window. The 'suite' consists of one moderate sized room, with refrigerator, stove, table, chairs and bed squeezed in. The bath had flaking, dirty tile. The fridge and ventilation compressors competed throughout the night and when they were both quiet, the noise from the next room could be heard easily. The queen sized bed had the typical sag in the middle, so if there are two, you will need to like snuggling. The fitness facility consisted of a treadmill and an exercise bike. And use your towels carefully, since housekeeping only comes once per week. The staff tried to be helpful, but did not even know there was a train station in town..We were scheduled to stay a week, but bailed after one night.
