Everything... We love this place and go back year after year
The Covid restrictions stunk... Outdoor dining and cocktails could have been served at the pool...no misters in cabanas... We cancelled one cabana day due to that, re circulating hot air doesn't work
More available rooms close to the pool area
Another nice stay
Beautiful unit, very comfortable with a little kid Pool is fun. I like the toddler and big pool combo, with a slide for parent+kid. Will probably come back.
I don’t like the paid parking. It’s ridiculous unless you would be guaranteed a spot in front of your unit. I also don’t like the timeshare presentation pressure. The last thing I need on vacation is a PowerPoint presentation.
Good location. Amenities at property.
Customer service was uneven. Valets and restaurant service staff were very good: front desk staff were very marginal with no value add to their service (when they were even available.)
We enjoyed the location of the room and the availability to the east pool . It was very quiet and restful. The jacuzzi was nice and hot and powerful . The rooms and grounds were clean and tidy. We think it would be a great place for our poker club of 8 couples to have a get away.
