Pros (+) The price was good.
Cons (-) The pictures of the hotel on the booking website were taken at night and made the hotel look good. However, the hotel is super outdated. The carpet in the rooms is gross and the overall decor of the hotel makes it feel like you're staying at hotel transylvania.

Pros (+) We really enjoyed our stay, kids loved the water slide and the staff was very nice. They kept our room really nice even when stuffed animals were in the blankets :) great location if you are seeing the badlands or Mount Rushmore, close to the freeway but not loud traffic noise.
Cons (-) The walls were so thin. We could hear when the woman next to us coughed, her kids were laughing, when somebody even slightly raised their voice above normal level and when the baby cried. We may as well have shared a room. Luckily we are pretty heavy sleepers and for the price and location it was still a great stay.
