Beautiful venue. Excellent room
Poor check in and very poor checkout. Overcharged. I still don’t know if my credit card is correct until pending charges are cleared off
Bed was comfortable
The room had a weird musty funk smell to it. Felt like I was trapped inside a wet towel in a washing machine for days. Super thin walls, old everything.
The price was good.
The pictures of the hotel on the booking website were taken at night and made the hotel look good. However, the hotel is super outdated. The carpet in the rooms is gross and the overall decor of the hotel makes it feel like you're staying at hotel transylvania.
The cleanest hotel and the have very comfortable rooms
No airport shuttle service
The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean.
The rooms are old and smell musty.
The room was clean, quiet and an excellent value for the price.
There was no ice machine on the fourth floor.
It was dirty. Made suggestions to front desk on what needed to be cleaned and none of it was done. It's a dump. Completely uncomfortable.
Great, but thin walls
We really enjoyed our stay, kids loved the water slide and the staff was very nice. They kept our room really nice even when stuffed animals were in the blankets :) great location if you are seeing the badlands or Mount Rushmore, close to the freeway but not loud traffic noise.
The walls were so thin. We could hear when the woman next to us coughed, her kids were laughing, when somebody even slightly raised their voice above normal level and when the baby cried. We may as well have shared a room. Luckily we are pretty heavy sleepers and for the price and location it was still a great stay.
Good price nice rooms
Staff was open and welcoming from the start with a genuine concern for
Clean. Well maintained rooms. No sigh of wear and tear. Staff very genuine and friendly. Answered all questions the bill was never fully explained as to why there was money reflected on the statement above and beyond what I agreed to pay. I was told the bill dose not reflect what the bank actually takes off Then it is up to me to later find out what really came off my card. It should reflect exactly the charges being taken out of the account. For easier bookkeeping if for no nother reason
See above box for dislikes as Wii as the good points
Our kids loved the water slide! The rooms were clean and staff nice.
Very clean, convienant, friendly staff
Wis they provided some sort of breakfast.
