Pros. It was clean and the staff was nice.
Cons. Was supposedly a suite, but just adding a loveseat to a room does not make it a suite. Was advertised as having a jacuzzi tub. It was a tub with jets, but not what one would think when getting a suite, not big enough for two. Our breakfast order was incorrect.
Pros. Receipt in my email on morning of checkout
Cons. The check in clerk didn't understand the online checkin process, making me "register" like I walked in off the street. Also didn't acknowledge my hhonors status.

Cons. Very noisy. Young children running the hallways and banging on doors in evening. Lots of noise on floor above too. Three times kids knocked on our door- twice they ran away when it was opened. Once they said sorry, wrong room.
Pros. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, are the very best and the friendliest I've ever experienced. Everyone was willingly to help and always with a smile upon their faces! The facility and rooms were top rated as well as extremely beautiful and clean. Recommended to anyone at anytime!
