Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, making it easy to access highways, downtown, and local attractions. Many also complimented the helpfulness of the staff and the quality of the gym. However, a significant number of guests were frustrated by the extra charges for parking, which they felt were excessive or not clearly communicated. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests noting spotless rooms and others mentioning issues like mold or pests. Overall, while the location and staff were highlights, parking fees and occasional cleanliness concerns were common complaints.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Will be staying here any time I'm in the area, clean, comfortable, helpful friendly staff. The rooms were very comfortable and the area is very quite at night.
Cons (-) The only thing I didn't like was i overslept two hours past check out time and instead of charging me another night, they gave me another hour to check out. Oh wait, i liked that, nothing I didn't like except leaving.
Pros (+) Excellent room, bed was amazing, larger than normal TV, salt water pool and hot tub, good coffee. No complaints and quite a steal at under $100 a night.
Cons (-) No complaints, truly excellent. We will be back annually for our local Pastors conference.
Pros (+) Employees were all very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) Thin walls.
Pros (+) Nice bed, and desk to do work. Rooms dated and need remodeling, food is over priced
Pros (+) Location was good. Parking was good.
Cons (-) Room was not good. Lack of amenities. Unclean bath tub, non working main light, non working washroom exhale fan. Won't opt for hayatt again.
Pros (+) Very nice hotel! Was definitely worth the money for the comfort and cleanliness. Happy customer.
