Pros (+) Got in around midnite on a Sat after goofing off all day at Kings Dominion...hotel bar had already closed but was able to walk 5 mins over to Main St to get a beer instead. Free street parking on weekends & area seemed safe. Loved the brunch buffet Sun morning...overall a clean modern hotel & my room had a view of the river.

Cons (-) Even with Platinum status, I did not get a high floor as requested. The floor lobby was noisy past midnight every night. A couple was given keys to a room occupied by another couple on my floor - that created drama in the middle of the night. There was cockroach in my bathroom. The HVAC made noise when running.
