Pros (+) Majority of the staff was very friendly and helpful
Cons (-) Only one incident with the breakfast service person. Rudely announced I had missed the coffee and if I wanted more I needed to go to the Bistro and purchase even though she had just moved it to the kitchen seconds before.
Pros (+) Loved the location and the style of the hotel (very modern with pops of color). The room was beautiful and had everything we could ask for. The location is the best in Richmond.
Cons (-) Our room was only surface clean when we arrived. There were dishes in the dishwasher that were still dirty, and the dishes in the cabinet didn't look too clean either. The floor felt like it hadn't been vacuumed since the previous residents' stay, and there was a suspicious stain on the comforter. The sheets, bathroom, and kitchen surfaces did appear to be clean.
