10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast, staf, location
Cons: The pool is cold
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Well-organised hotel. I particularly like the food provided at 20 reais from 22.30 for the airline crews and recent arrivals.
Cons: Convenience store rather expensive: water 4 reais and beer 8 reais. But, as there are no local shops, you must organise yourself in order to save money.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great- lovely staff, great facilities, very clean. Great WiFi
Cons: Nothing
6.7 Good
Pros: The staff is always kind and aware to help you. From the front desk to the cleaness and restaurant people. The food quantity is quite generous and very well served in the morning. The breakfast is worth it.
Cons: Swimming pool is too cold even for the hottest weather. It is small too. It doesn´t correspond the picture that is in the site. There is no coffee available for free. If you want some coffee you have to buy it in the coffee machine.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is comfortable, we were there for work. Internet was reasonably fast (I need to UPload things fast, speedtested UP: 9Mbps ). About three blocks away we found a nice restaurant, not too far.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel - helpful staff, good facilities, very comfortable.
Cons: The WiFi was terrible - cutting out every few minutes.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Bed was good, also waterpressure.
Cons: Bathroom door broken, nowhere to eat (used the bed as table) Hardly any channels on tv worked. Staff not very polite. Weak breakfast/staff..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really nice New Years meal and celebrations. Very friendly and helpful staff (but no English). Breakfast buffet a nice spread of options including fresh fruit, cereals, meats, cheeses, hot food, pastries and cakes, juices, tea and coffee etc. Could hear some noise from the floor below (which was the restaurant) but never enough to be a bother. Nothing from neighbouring rooms until you went into the corridor.
Cons: Room came with a mini bar but at no point did it say if the contents of water and a few cans of fizzy drinks were included or extra (they were extra). Room with a "city view" was mostly looking at a wall with a slim view of the front road, but made for nice ambient light in the room (not too bright or dark). Check in can take some time (5 minutes or more) and often only one or two people at the front desk so queues were seen at midday checkout sometimes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone is so nice and friendly who works here.
6.7 Good
Pros: Bed was very comfy, they have a small pool and breakfast was ok. They had fresh fruits besides all the typical sweet stuff.
Cons: If you are not able to speak Portuguese you are lost. They don't understand English and even with my little Spanish I had a really hard time communicating. This hotel is for locals, not for foreigners. The have no clue how to help you with anything. Ask for supermarkets, restaurants, shopping malls? you get a confused look. They gave me the feeling they don't care at all. They are also very unreliable. I tried to book the airport transfer weeks ahead, wrote several mails and never got any response. Now I know they didn't understand a word. Then please, when you are on booking.com, state that you are not able to speak English. Even the booking.com guys got no response from them. A friend from Brazil then called and booked me the transfer from the airport to the hotel as it was around 11 p.m. When I arrived, my window in the room didn't open so I had to change rooms. Next room unfortunately was above the pool. Several nights you had people chatting really loudly till midnight. When you rely on an open window and not the air-condition that is annoying. Some night 3 guys really went nuts and started a pool party at midnight. They jumped in the pool, screamed and were loud as hell. Hotel staff did nothing. Twice. He just came for a second and told them to be a bit more silent. Although the pool is officially closed at night. Of course they continued the noise till he came the second time. Then they still continued till they finally decided after a while to go. This is not the way how to treat hotel guests by just ignoring them and let others do what they want. Lights in the stairway are not working on every floor. I happend to go through 3 floors in complete darkness. In every floor, the cleaning waggon is parked before the door to the stairway and blocking the way. It seems no one cares about using stairs at all. Light in the hallway to my room on the 4th floor also didn't work. My room was at the end.

Pros: ELES COBRARAM OUTRO VALOR, NO APLICATIVO COM AS TAXAS CUSTA 162,00, NO LOCAL COBRARAM 180,00
Cons: ELES COBRARAM OUTRO VALOR, NO APLICATIVO COM AS TAXAS CUSTA 162,00, NO LOCAL COBRARAM 180,00
7.9 Good
Pros: The beds where excellent to sleep at, the breakfast was really good for the price rate asked! Even though the staff didn’t speak English they tried to be very helpful and were very kind. Would definitely stay again!
Cons: That the staff doesn’t speak basic English. I think it would be ok to have at least 1 person available at all times to speak English. The water in the pool does not look clear and isn’t inviting to take a swim. There are wooden sunloungers but no mattes available to put on top of them so you can’t use them because the wood is very hard to lay on. No service at the swimmingpool for drinks or food. There is a bar at the pool but is was closed in January and February. When there are mattes/matrasses for the sunloungers, clear poolwater, service at the pool for food and drinks and English speaking staff then this hotel would improve to a 9.2 for me based on the price and offered quality.
7.1 Good
Pros: Bed, room size
Cons: Cheap and weak air conditioning; breakfast very poor quality

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Teresa and Hérnan were both friendly, helpful and knowledgable. If you have any interest in working with local tribes or master plants they will help you to connect and organize everything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Teresa and her husband so friendly. Very clean, good atmosphere near the river. Really good breakfast. The place to be in Rio Branco.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice place, friendly owners
Cons: Nice place - but they charge you for everything - including luggage storage which i find not very fair for a hostel, especially if its already 15 euros for a room with 12 beds! owners are friendly but that should be changed, they know that flights leave late at night so they just try to take advantage of that fact. Still - i injoyed my stay
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best hostel in Rio Branco! very clean, close to restaurants and the market, fully equipped kitchen, and Teresa the owner is very knowledgeable about the area and can plan anything you would like to do. Highly Recommended!!
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: The staff is egregious: disorganized and extremely impolite. The first time I was there the owner kicked me out of the common area in the rain. They have a policy of paying after for staying after checking out. That's unheard of for me even after staying at hundreds of hostels in dozens countries. Now the owner claims I lost a key to a locker, but does not provide any evidence for it whatsoever becauae they failed to verify the conformity during the check out. It is just a headache that Id prefer not to have.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Teresa and Hernan were super helpful even before I got to the hostel. They picked me up at the airport after a very late flight, and helped me with my travels across the border to Peru as well. I am very grateful to them both and hope to come back again!
