Pros: I loved the welcome, the beautiful and culturally lively decor with warm Soutwestern colors everywhere; the knowledgeable and gracious proprietors, the comfort and the view!
Cons: Everything was great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful hosts. Super friendly and attentive. The place is beautiful with gorgeous views and a relaxing atmosphere. It is no wonder it is popular venue for weddings.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Chocolate Turtle exceeded our excpections in every way. From the charming adobe exterior to the beautifully decorated interior guest rooms and great room. Our room was very comfortable, private and quiet and the hosts were very gracious. The best feature was the back yard with its patio, gazebo and stunning views of the Sandias - we saw it at sunrise and although we had to leave early, we stayed another hour just to take it all in. Be sure to take a few minutes to walk around the backyard area and take in the unexpected treasures (bunnies included).
Cons: The fact we had to leave after only one night. Also, somehow iMAPS took us down the wrong street from Loma Larga (avoid Ruffles and go directly to Meadowlark).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The outdoor space and views
Cons: Bathroom was small
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Sink in the bathroom is too high up.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Food was beautiful presentation. Avocado toast tasted like guacamole toast. Felt like I was eating yesterday’s bar food on toast maybe. Egg was nicely cooked.
Cons: Waited 20 minutes for first cup of coffee, waited 30 minutes for avocado toast. Other people were leaving cuz they couldn’t wait had meetings as did I. Didn’t have time to finish breakfast. There were only 4-5 tables occupied. Breakfast experience a fiasco.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great and friendly. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable.
Cons: It was so noisy we couldn’t sleep. The doors are open at the bottom, not sealed, light came through the bottom and side of door and so did all the sounds from the hallway. We could hear everyone else’s doors slam shut and people talking until after midnight. We had to be up early for a long drive. My husband is a sound sleeper and he kept waking up from the noise.
7.9 Good
Pros: Bed was very comfy.
Cons: Their was no fan in the restroom.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: A Great value for a hotel. We liked staying out of downtown. Many floors available and clean facility.

Pros: The staff was responsive to every request and issue with an awesome can do attitude.
Cons: No
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was awesome
Cons: Rooms felt small
7.1 Good
Cons: The swimming pool was cold. The kids and my husband rarely complain of a cold pool. It is very frustrating to pay a larger sum of money for one night, but don’t get to enjoy the pool. For gluten free dairy free families, the food is not what draws us in. Staff and facilities very nice except for pool temperature. We travel once a year and that was a big disappointment. Frosties had great ice cream for gf, df. Thanks!
7.0 Good
Pros: Free drinks and snacks at Kickback. All staff were courteous.
Cons: My room, which wasn't a suite, faced the noisy Interstate. Toilet dripped all night. I did alert staff when I checked out so hopefully fixed before next guest checks in. Food wasn't that great for breakfast (biscuits and fried potatoes seemed stale).

Pros: location was great! Food was good! Staff friendly and very helpful

Cons: N/A
7.0 Good
Pros: The smoothies
Cons: The bed was hard and the pillows were uncomfortable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean and quiet And no animals. Usually we stay at places that welcome animals and the rooms have a small urine small or the bed has a animal smell . It was nice to find a property that was animal free. It’s not that I don’t like dogs I love them but some are not trained or kept up and causes the property a hard time to get rid of the smell . It was nice to find a pet free hotel
Cons: N/ A

Cons: Only thing was the small refrigerator making noise when it turn on
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The size and cleanliness of the room were the best features! The breakfast was hot and tasted great!
Cons: The noise level between the floors was the only disappointing part. The room above us was up 5-6 times and stomped across the floor all hours of the night. It was so loud, it made it hard to sleep! There is air traffic noise which is expected being so close to the airport. This didn’t really bother us, just alerting others this is to be expected.

Cons: The fridge wasn’t working that well

Pros: The location was really good.
Cons: The facility was a bit old and run down. One slat of the vertical blind kept falling out on the big window overlooking a parking lot which was a privacy issue. The door to the freezer in the little fridge was missing which made me wonder about fridge temp which was a problem due to medication that we were required to keep cool without freezing.

Pros: Breakfast, friendly staff. Bed comfortable.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lots of retail and restaurants within walking distance
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Was clean and comfortable. Staff nice.
Cons: Cost of pet deposit. First it's not a deposit since it's kept. And $100 is ridiculous. If it was charged and then at least half was refunded if no mess was left. Then that would be acceptable. But I will not be staying here again because of that.

7.5 Good
Pros: Comfortable. efficient staff.
Cons: Didn't realize they don't clean every day. It's probably buried in the contract somewhere but it would be nice if there was a sign in the lobby or room to let you know.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Overall a great modern hotel. I appreciate that they kept real tubs in the rooms.
Cons: No phone chargers or or USBs built into the room anywhere. As I travel all over the country, many hotels, airports, even subways are adapting for the digital lifestyle. USB ports on lamp bases, alarm clocks with phone or ipod charges, charging in EVERY room. Because even our toothbrushes are wired, our pillows are "smart". Also a nice touch would be soft nightlights around the bed pedestals and toilets.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice big rooms
Cons: The noise coming from the refrigerator and the fitness room had very little equipment
9.2 Excellent
Pros: big shower, large room. Good breakfast. Better cooked than most hotels. Eggs didn't have water in them like most places.
Cons: The AC in the room was... ok. We prefer a little colder room than it got, but it wasn't uncomfortable.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent choice for families with children or extended stay. Loved the full kitchen and separate bedroom. Very clean. Super comfy beds with great pillows! Just remember a wall plug for your phone charger. No USB ports.
7.5 Good
Pros: 1.1 miles from the airport yet you couldn't hear airplanes from inside the room. We've always liked Homewood Suites separate bedroom and nearly full kitchen.
Cons: Staff couldn't show less enthusiasm. We were told we couldn't make reservations for a shuttle yet when we got to the lobby no one was there. There was a sign on the desk saying to call a number if we needed someone, I called and no one answered. Another guest went to the kitchen area and got someone to come over, this person literally said "they'll email your receipt" and not another word. They simply took my keys, typed on the computer and said a receipt would be emailed. BTW, that receipt never showed up. The shuttle driver finally appeared and while he helped load our luggage, he too said nothing to us other than asking what airline.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I really liked the hot breakfast. . . . It was very well organized and the staff were courteous and helpful. The room was very comfortable and had the conveniences we needed.
Cons: the directions for accessing this property were very sketchy. We got lost trying to find the access road to this property. It wasn't until we finally made it to the property that we were able to get the right directions on how to easily access this property. There were no restuarants close to this property so we had to figure how to get to some place to eat but it was not close or convenient, Housekeeping needs to be more aware of repairs that need to be made in our room as there were several broken or missing items on the furnishing. Also, there was only one hand towel at the sink and no other place in the room to find one.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms
Cons: Pool was closed for maitenance
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. Great breakfast buffet
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Awesome
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stay at the Homewood Suites whenever we travel because the suites are very spacious and clean. The amenities that are included in the low nightly rates are amazing. Our suite had a full size refrigerator and microwave. The bed was extremely comfortable. Staying at the Homewood Suites is the next best thing to staying at your own home
Cons: Everything was excellent. There was not one thing that we didn't like.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Good location, hotel seemed clean.
Cons: The heater in my room was broken, and on a 30-degree night, it got very, very cold. I informed the front desk person upon checkout and was told a manager would call me later that day about making it right, but never heard anything. Dissapointing.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: SUPER comfortable bed. Best sleep I've had in months! Loved the pillow selection ranging from soft to firm.
Cons: Underwhelmed by the fruit selection at breakfast, but otherwise a decent variety of food.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The rooms were nice and they let me check in early.
Cons: They tried to charge me for night I had already paid for, lied about housekeeping coming into my room stating that I was smoking and they wanted to charge me $250 bucks for it- housekeeping was never even in my room- then they switched up "policies" on me, and blamed it on "miscommunication " which I was told had been resolved but after checking out I am notified that they still tried to charge my card the $250.... Unauthorized. I then recieve my reciept and find that I was overcharged. Ridiculous!

Cons: Would have liked real oatmeal at breakfast bar, not the instant packets.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable!! Great breakfast options, the buckwheat waffles were the best.
Cons: Appeared that some guests were living there, signs posted to not let the cats out on our floor was odd.
6.5 Good
Pros: The breakfast was okay, and the room was clean and quiet (except for the fire alarm).
Cons: The location is ideal only for car travelers. The room was VERY big but in unhelpful ways, from a vast living area to a vast bedroom with no convenient outlets (all in corners near no table OR taken up with hotel equipment. The bathroom was huge (12x12 feet? but not for handicapped, just large. There was a fire alarm at 8 a.m. (likely due to toast). The staff made no announcements so it seems like it might be common. They simply said "all good" if people asked. The Home2 food layout continues to be a disaster (but not likely to change). It's not good if more than 4-5 people show up.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Size of the rooms. Staff were friendly and tried to correct issues once they were brought to their attention.
Cons: Toilet wouldn't flush. Alerted the front desk. Breakfast was plain. No luggage cart at time of check in.
7.0 Good
Cons: The breakfast was a joke . Never have seen an egg omelette in a paper sack.

7.5 Good
Pros: Wonderful customer service.
Cons: Carpet was old. View from balcony was not scenic. Looked over ugly buildings.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The Pool!!!!!!!!!!
Cons: The rooms are a 3 star at best. I would suggest the rooms get updated especially if a hotel is charging $--- a night.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were clean. Great location to Old town. Restaurant on premises was good. Pool was really nice. Late check out was WONDERFUL. Staff was very nice.
Cons: The mini fridge did not keep anything cold. The thermostat of room AC did not go lower than 69 and the husband was sweating all night. ( also it took a while to figure out that the thermostat was operational from the wall and not the actual unit itself ) We couldnt find the entrance to the pool, the outside door itself was not labeled, it appeared to be a door to a dumpster. The $8.00 gratuity/ room service and delivery charge was outrageous. $40 for cake, ice cream and one drink was a bit much. The room.price was a little high considering there is NO continental breakfast. Bathrooms were small. Restaurant service was very slow and waited a long time.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Internet stoped working on the second day
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Service at the restaurant was not the best
8.8 Excellent
Pros: great location and staff was very helpful.
Cons: Bathrooms can use an update
8.3 Excellent
Cons: I added another room during my 2 night stay - I had to pay a premium for those 2 rooms. *A bit of a racket :( not to honor my same price as the initial booking of 1 room 2 nights - the front desk was kind but it would have been nice to not to have to spend an extra $$$ when there was availability anyway
7.5 Good
Pros: Location, flamenco show
Cons: Showers, rooms need upgrading.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: How fast the response was to any problem.
Cons: That housekeeper would not leave the temp in the room the way we liked it and more tea for people that drinks tea.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Historic property
Cons: Beds were too hard.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was delicious and we sat on the patio which was so pleasant and beautiful. The grounds were so beautiful, hidden away tunnels or arbors with blooming Trumpet vines and fountains.
Cons: Bathroom was tiny and didn't have enough space for our toiletries. The area that was grassy and had a covered patio would have been nice to have a bench of chairs to enjoy.

4.0 Okay
Pros: Location was good, and remodel helped inside appearance.
Cons: Flimsy construction means you can hear people walking above you. Stay on the top floor or expect to be annoyed. I wouldn't stay here again for that reason.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I was surprised at how fresh and new the facility was. They had all the amenities and even provided breakfast bags for us since we had to get to the airport before breakfast was served.
7.1 Good
Pros: Property and staff met expectations
Cons: Not enough towels in room
1.0 Poor
Pros: Easy access
Cons: Thin walls. Neighbors were very loud and when I called the front desk they said they would address it and never did. Noisy until 11 PM. I got about 4 hours of sleep. Listed as a 3 star hotel and I would give it 2.5 stars max. Breakfast was bad
10.0 Excellent

Cons: All good
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We liked that there was a pull out couch, if we were to need it. Enjoyed the large, spacious room. Great breakfast.
Cons: There were stains on the carpet and curtains that almost looked like blood. You also had to pay for parking, which was not stated on the website.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We arrived in the late afternoon and we were still able to get a ground floor which is what I had requested as my grandchildren enjoyed being near the pool area.
Cons: We could hear people on the upper room above us either moving the furniture around or dragging their luggage around midnight and was very disturbing, had a difficult time going back to sleep once I was woken by the noise.

Pros: The Andaluz has a wonderful history and the remodel saved it's antique flavor. We found the employees friendly and knowledgable about its past. Loved the bar on the 2nd floor. All the beers on tap were local.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel had a great location near restaurants and things to see and do. Was on a road trip with my brothers and on is disabled. The accommodation were wonderful and the room big enough for him to get around in his wheelchair. The staff was excellent and went beyond to fulfill our needs. Definitely planning to stay here again.
7.0 Good
Cons: Green. No ice machine
6.3 Good
Pros: I have no complaints about the actual hotel, my stay was wonderful up until checkout.
Cons: The valet is horrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Employee was reckless and carelessly driving my car. My $50,000 car now has damage to a new rim I just had replaced and has damage to front bummer and fender. I seriously saw the whole thing happen right in front of me as he was pulling my car up so I could drive home. Which is 4 hours away. Now I’m stuck with the inconvenience of driving back to ABQ to the INFINITI dealership to get the damage on my car fixed. What irritates me the most is that this situation was completely preventable. Glen needs to SLOW DOWN when driving cars that aren’t his. Sorry hotel andaluz your valet RUINED my experience. I will NO LONGER stay nor recommend your hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was pretty, especially at nigh, the hotel was beautiful inside lots of magic, love the decorations, the staff was incredibly nice and professional.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really great hotel. Excellent staff. Great Rooftop bar. Great restaurant in the hotel. I really liked it. Great vibe too lobby is very cool and hip feeling.
Cons: The AC could have been a tad colder cause I am a nut about that stuff. And my room was missing the inside of the blinds. But I am totally nitpicking here. I liked this hotel a lot. Maybe people from New Mexico are just super nice, but I found everyone to be super friendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: from the kind and helpful people at reception, to the lobby appearance, with its casbahs, to the size, cleanliness, and furnishings of the room, it could not have been better. this is a fabulous hotel.
Cons: not a thing we did not like.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: lived up to four star rating
Cons: no
5.7 Okay
Pros: My prepaid room was given away. After arriving at the hotel on a late flight, I was told to take a letter to a different hotel across town because they didn't have my room. This happened to several other guests that evening. The other hotel was considerably far from my meetings that brought me to town for 3 days. Hotel clerk rude and dismissive at checkin.
8.3 Excellent
