Guests say
Overall, guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near restaurants, stores, and highways, as well as the spacious and comfortable rooms. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness issues, disappointing breakfast quality, and problems with the pool being closed or dirty. While some staff members were described as friendly and helpful, others were noted as lacking hospitality. Despite some positive experiences, especially regarding room size and location, several guests felt that the value did not meet their expectations due to these recurring problems.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) We were there for a funeral, and it made things so much easier that the staff was great, we didn't have to worry about a dirty room or hotel, and breakfast was nice. The Mexican restaurant next door was nice as well. Great job!
Cons (-) There was another visitor there who didn't know how to use the microwave and broke it. Then she yelled at the staff like it was their fault that she couldn't read the instructions.
