Pros (+) We were there for a funeral, and it made things so much easier that the staff was great, we didn't have to worry about a dirty room or hotel, and breakfast was nice. The Mexican restaurant next door was nice as well. Great job!
Cons (-) There was another visitor there who didn't know how to use the microwave and broke it. Then she yelled at the staff like it was their fault that she couldn't read the instructions.
