Pros (+) Room was clean, there were a helpful Pearson at the desk at all times
Cons (-) The entrance is not very clear from the road, *window* didn’t open, after asking the staff I was informed “it’s for security and safety” (I didn’t know it’s a WAR zone.. the staff was not friendly about it and didn’t supply a solution for the problem
Cons (-) Owners milking property and not keeping up with basics. Linens ripped, cigerettes found in sink, towels very small and thin.
Cons (-) On arrival were told no breakfast tomarrow even thou in add on line. Told elevator did not work,ice only on 3rd. floor , pity people with kids. Not great value for price payed without breakfast.
Pros (+) We got stuck in a smoking room for one which is one thing but manageable, however, the oder of the room and hallway was disgusting. There were old cigarette butts on the floor in the room and could see a nasty film on the window. Walls were paper thin
