Housekeeping was excellent. Kept the room prim and proper. Elevators were too slow. Ended up waiting a long time for some of them. Price of buffet breakfast was way too high. But the omelets were fantastic.

My only minor complaint is that we booked a double queen room for the family. The hotel “upgraded” us to a suite but it only had one queen and a pullout double. Since the kids are still relatively little (8&10) the pullout still worked, but it was a minor disappointment. Cons (-) No chair in room, other than desk chair. What seemed like dozens of monitors in bar/restaurant made it hard to relax
