Front desk staff was amazing! We got there early and they were very helpful in getting us into our room early! Great Breakfast buffet with made to order omelets, nice happy hour and comfy beds. Great location within walking distance to shops, dining and entertainment! We always stay at Embassy Suites when possible!

Pros (+) Stuck in Chicago due to missed flight. Family of 6. Priced hiring a car to make the 3 hour drive home but was quoted twice as much as the room rental. Pros (+) Great location for shopping and restaurants.
Cons (-) Rooms need to be updated and staff are not as friendly as I'm accustomed to when staying at Hilton Honors properties. Elevators are slow, so wait time can be longer than expected.
