The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. One money-saving tip for drivers: If you're parking, opt for the nearby convention center lot instead of the hotel's valet or self-parking—it can often run about 50% cheaper than Embassy Suites' rates (though prices fluctuate by location and day, so check apps like SpotHero or confirm on-site). Front desk staff was amazing! We got there early and they were very helpful in getting us into our room early! Great Breakfast buffet with made to order omelets, nice happy hour and comfy beds. Great location within walking distance to shops, dining and entertainment! We always stay at Embassy Suites when possible!

Refreshing to have omelets made to order. Good selection of extras like Fre...

Pros (+) Great location for shopping and restaurants.
Cons (-) Rooms need to be updated and staff are not as friendly as I'm accustomed to when staying at Hilton Honors properties. Elevators are slow, so wait time can be longer than expected.
