Love the beds. They are amazing.
Staff on arrival were not very friendly or welcoming. Possibly due to understaffing.
Staff were great and also the heated included pool
The hotel was old outdated we didn't receive any assistance with our bags due to our rooms being the furthest away from front entrance, no spa and day spa facilities were open as that was the whole reason for us wanting to stay there hoping that we could use all amenities there and was very much over priced for the stay we had. Definitely not a 4 star that it was made out to be.
Very pleasant staff, we had a lovely spacious room with a great view and comfortable bed. The location is ideal. We didn't use the pool but it looked lovely.
Unfortunately the bar is closed, so drinks can only be purchased when the restaurant is open. The water pressure on the shower was a little lacking.
There was no buffet breakfast as advertised. There were breakfast options but no hot breakfast for the smaller appetite. I asked for a half portion but paid the full portion price. The main bar was closed, only one restaurant open and spa was closed. I think hotel operating on a budget due to Covid and no tourists. Rooms clean and pool lovely but that is where it stops.
The Millenium website does not state that certain amenities closed and food at only restaurant open limited. I feel the website should acknowledge that parts of the hotel closed.
