I liked the customer service. The bed was soooo comfortable I looked forwarded to getting in it every night. I would stay again for the King size bed alone. I didn't like that a couple of my wash clothes were dingy and the iron board cover was so disgusting. It should have been replaced a very long time ago according to the multiple stains.
The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The cable channels were great. And that whirlpool tub! I wish I could have stayed longer. It was definitely a great value for the money. I would like to thank the whole organization for an outstanding job. See you all again next time.

The staff was very friendly, and helped where possible. When I made reservations, I indicated that my husband is handicapped and we needed a room with easy access. I was assured when I called that we would have that. Not the case, and we had to change rooms. We needed to go to dinner and Jim asked if he could leave his power chair in the lobby, or behind the front desk, and we were told no. While this sounds like a minor problem, it was a major event for us. Manipulating that chair in and out of the van is not easy for me. In the morning, we turned on the TV, but it didn't work. Jim went to take a shower and the tub quickly backed up to almost his knees and hadn't drained by the time we left the room, two hours later. The last straw was that the hair dryer didn't work. Staff brought another one down quickly, but by then I was "over it".

Room was nice nice Hotel was doing renovations and access was not customer friendly. Ice machines did not work. Seemed that hotel and/or contractor were not concerned about inconvenience to customers. Very unprofessional on part of management, especially for price paid
We didn't expect much due to the fact we were in Roxboro. However, our issue was that our room key never worked. It kept getting demagnetized in one way or another. I travel rather often and have never had a key this sensitive. We had to make numerous trips to the front desk after being locked out so many times.
