Really liked the room. Great size for one person. Parking was close by but the card system to enter was confusing. Breakfast was great.
Cons. Saturday night’s bartender was rude and not friendly.
Pros. Great breakfast and clean, comfortable accommodations
Cons. Built in phone charging outlets needed.
Pros. Staff is polite and helpful, room was spacious (with a kitchen) and clean.
Cons. Hotel smelled, strong odor of onions by elevator and in hallway by my room. Really strong. At breakfast, the sliced melons were old, you could taste that they had gone bad, and the food wasn't that fresh. They ran out of milk and I finally found a staff person to ask for more. She seemed to be only one and was so busy refilling everything else that needed to be filled, it took 10 minutes to get milk. On a business trip, you don't want to sit there waiting for 10 minutes to eat your buffet breakfast. Felt disappointed.
Pros. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Staff is really friendly and quick to accommodate.
Cons. The dishes were in s cabinet above the refrigerator and I'm short. They were hard to reach
Pros. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Quiet interior location.
Cons. Unprofessional front desk staff needs training.
Pros. The staff went out of their way to please, with friendly smiles and over-the-top courtesy.
Pros. Wonderful room downtown with a great view. The restaurant that is attached is wonderful, and there are several others within walking distance. It is right across the street from the beautiful Capitol Park, and there is plenty to do in the area. It is even walking distance from Old Sacramento which is a great place to spend a day shopping and enjoying the old buildings and trains. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room cleaner in particular was especially helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The breakfast is standard, nothing too special, but it has a lot of choices.
Cons. A/C only covered the back half of the room, which is fine when going to sleep, but kind of bad at keeping the entire room cold during the day or at an even temp since the thermostat is right under the ac vent.
