Beds were comfortable. Location was good. The hotel is in poor condition and very run down. There was no minibar facilities as stated. There was no soap provided. There were no tea and coffee making facilties in the room. The pool was empty and there were no facilities for relaxing outside. This is not a 5 star hotel as claimed on your web site. It does not even rate as 4 star. We were very disappointed.
comfortable in all aspects english language could be improved
It was one of wonderful day in Morocco! The hotel gives us the real atmosphere of Morocco!!!!!!!!!!!! Proprietor of the hotel was waiting only for us! We were given the opportunity to choose the room! Very impressive it was to wake up in the middle of the medina, walk up to the uppermost floor and watch how the city wakes up! Be sure about staying in Riad Safi if you want understand the style of life people in Morocco!
all good, amazing atmosphere, the owner Jean Micheal very open and helpful. explained marroco`s culture to us. speaks french and english. many thanks 4 all your kindness
Nice and friendly family running the Riad. Made the effort to speak to us, even though they did not speak English too well, and we did not speak French too well either. bathrrom was not too great, seperated from the main room by a bead cutrain. Also was not working properlty and made a lot of noise.
it is a lovely Riad ...all chambers have good view on the sea . The staff is friendly and helpfull. This hotel is in a nice old city on the coast.
Dinner in the restaurant was very nice. Easy to find & to get a car park. Room was nicely decorated. Room stank of damp/mould. No lock on the room's door. Their card machine was broken, so we had to scrabble together cash to pay for the room.
This gest house was found as a wonderful pearl on the coast of the Atlantic ocean.
