Pros. Great experience. We stayed there to go see a St. Paul Saints game, and it was centrally located, a nice hotel, good staff, good facilities. I really enjoyed it. Nice of view as well.
Pros. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. The view was incredible as well.
Cons. The restaurant seemed a little low on staff, we wandered around for a while looking for service and ended up going elsewhere.
Cons. Hotel is a little dated and rooms are tight.
Pros. I loved the modern look of the hotel. The bedding was of good quality, which is a huge plus for me! We had a beautiful view of the river from our room. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Xcel Energy Centre, which was our destination, so I liked the proximity of the hotel to the venue. Overall I was very happy with my one night stay.
Pros. We were given an updated room. While generally nice it was a bit cramped with two queen beds. The staff were friendly overall.
Cons. A bit cramped even though it was a updated room. While the staff was generally friendly, getting someone to answer a phone at the front desk and the Valet was slow and frustrating.
Pros. Very clean rooms and beds were comfortable. We had a newly renovated room, it was small but very nice with a lovely view of the river. Good location. Staff was helpful.
Cons. The cost of the room was more than I'd ever paid. I was also under the impression that the parking fee was included in the price of the room, which was not the case.
