Pros (+) Very basic facilities that are worth the $38 a night. They even have WIFI for that. I am glad I had this option and I was comfortable.
Cons (-) It was a suite with a gas stove (that didn't work), a full size fridge (the freezer was totally full of ice/frost), and it was rough around the edges. Since I did not cook or use the fridge these did not effect me.

Cons (-) Extremely dirty. Roaches. Chipped paint. Stained towels an sheets an bathroom. Ac smelled like someone peed. Ugh Just disgusting. Management was rude. Will not be going back.

Cons (-) When we first arrived, the staff told us to wait about 10 minutes so they could do shift change. Checked back 10 minutes later, and was told to wait again 10 more minutes by a security guard behind the locked office door. Left and came back because no thanks. Checked into the room later, and found 2 bugs in 15 minutes. Bedding was dirty.

The curtains were literally falling off the cabinets were missing the refrigerator did not work and has standing water in it as well as the freezer and there literally roaches crawling everywhere down the walls and on the couch and b3ds. Cons (-) The first room we where shown was terrible. The door looked like someone tried to break in and was damaged. The bathroom was in horrible shape so we asked to switch rooms. The second room wasn't any better. There wasn't a light bulb in the lamp, the beg had cig holes, and my friend found a cockroach in the bathroom.
