The San Diego Hotels Harborview Inn Suites San Diego Harbor is located right next to San Diego’s Little Italy and under two miles from Petco Park, the convention center, San Diego Zoo, Santa Fe Depot Amtrak Station, and the Gaslamp District. This hotel has 40 luxurious rooms and is only a mile away from the San Diego International Airport. It was originally built in 1901 but has been recently renovated and updated.

Each room is non-smoking and designed for families, couples, and business travelers who want to stay in comfortable lodgings in a fantastic neighborhood. The rooms range from offering a single queen bed to an accessible queen or two queen beds. The rooms include flat-screen LCD televisions with cable channels. A refrigerator, coffeemaker, microwave, telephone, and desk are also included in every room. The bathrooms include a hairdryer, soft towels, and signature toiletries. Pros (+) the location was perfect for us. we enjoyed the free parking the people working the front desk were very helpful. we enjoyed the closeness to little Italy, the wharf is right down the block.
Cons (-) the room was clean, bed pretty comfortable. the only thing i wasn't expecting was the spareness of the room. it was a bed tv and bathroom. no more. that being said, we didn't spend too much time in the room, we were out enjoying san diego, so for us, it was fine.

Pros (+) This place is in town but on the fringe. You can walk everywhere in Little Italy and possibly down to the Gas Lamp. It's a funky older building but it doesn't really matter if you're just sleeping.
Cons (-) Would have liked a little more water in my shower...
