Pros (+) The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were all there for a friends wedding and they were so accommodating. The rooms were clean and nice and the pool area was great!
Cons (-) Jennifer at the Front Desk was horrible. The room smelled like month balls. We called down to change rooms, she placed us on hold then the line disconnected, she did not call us back or even answer the phone until the 4th attempt not ring. finally when she answered she said casually im still trying to find a room and put us back on hold. the experience with this Front Desk agent was extremely poor...

Pros (+) Everything was clean and maintained, the fire-lit driveway while pulling in at night is charming. The bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) Being charged $30/night to park at a hotel you're already paying to stay at is ridiculous. Paying anything to park for that matter is just dumb, classless and uninviting. The hotel had a small pool, but we would have preferred a hot tub to soak in after being at the beach during the day.
