Pros (+) The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. It was also very quiet, which was nice considering we were in downtown area.
Cons (-) They could have offered more than 1 bottle of complimentary water per day 😐 I mean seriously, that just makes the hotel look cheap!

Pros (+) Location is excellent
Cons (-) The carpet in my room was badly soiled and the toilet was running when I checked in but nobody answered at the front desk when I called to have it repaired. Frustrating. At the price I expected a much higher service level.

Pros (+) Honestly, everything was great. So convenient for people working in FiDi, clean and great value. This will definitely be my go-to hotel for work trips to San Francisco!
