Front desk totally botched the check-out. This reservation was paid with Marriott Bonvoy points, but the desk put through about $600 in room charges (we were there 2 nights). Spent inordinate time unwinding this and getting refund.

Pros (+) The staff was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Slept like a baby. No street noise
Cons (-) The room didn’t have all surfaces clean. And the bed sheets were a bit rough.
Pros (+) Very clean, very comfortable, loved the large room! Staff superb.
Cons (-) So wish we had had a fireplace to cozy up to in the public areas on the very cold days we were there.
Pros (+) Very nice boutique hotel. Contemporary. Convenient location. Friendly staff.
Pros (+) Great atmosphere. Decor was perfect. Room was great size, had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and plenty of room for 2 people. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Walking distance to parks, food and night life. View from our room was stunning architectured buildings and blue skies. I will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends and family. Looking forward to our next trip!
Cons (-) Daily charge for Wi-Fi
Pros (+) Staff was nice and tried hard. I loved the coffee in the mornings, the loaner umbrellas, and the quiet rooms.
Cons (-) The bed was rock hard. I asked the front desk for a pad, they didn't have one but props to housekeeping for trying; they put a comforter under the sheets which helped some. It just didn't feel like the high end hotel it advertises as.
