Awesome location, nearby union square and the cable car! A wooden floor :) Vouchers available for $9 breakfast next door. Good quiet ceiling fan in the room.
Sound isolation towards the hallway is bad, you kinda hear everything going on like they are standing right next to your bed.
We were close to the hub of Union Square & lots of shopping. Close to public trans & the cable car que.
So many things!! The staff was the worst I’ve ever encountered, particularly the man at the desk when we were checking out. There are no phones to call the desk. You have to text through a third party. On DAY ONE I asked for a washcloth. One. Single. Washcloth. The response I got was “do you need it now?”! I NEVER GOT A WASHCLOTH!! I had to go grab one off the cleaning cart. It was ridiculous!! The room was so small I wondered if we even had our own bathroom. The Closet didn’t even have a door. Barely room to put the luggage and even then was stepping over it to get in/out/to bathroom. The hallways had a terrible smell. I know large cities have issues with homelessness, but there were homeless sitting on the entry steps when we arrived, which made me feel not only sad, but unsure of the area. I will stay closer to the Warf if I go back. This was cheaper than some places, but still not worth the almost $1000 we paid.
the cleanliness was exceptional. The style was cool and hipster too.
It's SO EXPENSIVE - but the whole of SF is this way.
Clean room, good location
The pillows were small and firm and the towels were thin and hardly absorbant
Location is great
The room is really basic, you can't open the window because all the noise outside
