Pros (+) The staff was friendly and helpful with any requests that we had. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room and restocking toiletries every day. Location was convenient due to a few local buses being nearby. Room had a fridge and microwave. Great thermostat. Did NOT encounter any pigeons at all unlike what others have mentioned.
Cons (-) -The bed is smaller than it looks in the pictures and the queen size definitely does not sleep 3. -The chair had stains on it and I was not comfortable enough to sit in it due to its appearance. -The exhaust in the bathroom was SO LOUD. It needs to be either upgraded or replaced.
