Room was dirty. Noticed cockroaches in bathroom and on the floor. Bedbugs won’t let you have a good night sleep. Price is cheaper than other places to make it attractive. Homeless people, drug dealers are all around. Not a safe place. Health concerns as they do not take away trashes from rooms. Basically, they clean up every three days. So if you are staying less than three days, don’t expect any cleaning and trash to be taken away. Department of health should fine this place and authorities shouldn’t let them to accept customers. I got Covid and rashes after staying at this dirty place. Do yourself a favor and stay in more reputable place. The outside of the hotel is attractive but once you get into the room, I would wish you good luck. The attendant at night was a very rude person and shouting at us. If the hotel wants to succeed, the first thing is to fire this person. He seems physiologically sick and needs medical attention and training to understand how to handle customer.
Pros. The place was fairly comfortable
Pros. Easy access to 101 freeway and San Jose airport
Cons. Very slow wifi and lack of open electrical plugs.
Pros. The whole thing felt dirty, nothing in the room feels inviting. Also, that was the worst bed to sleep in, my neck is still killing me.
Pros. Location was convenient to my work.
Cons. No shampoo provided
Pros. Place looked nasty, sure sheets seemed clean but old, run down, and flat pillows. Nasty green carpet from the 70's, and just reminded me and my wife of the rich motel.
Cons. Everything really, especially the uncomfortable beds!
Pros. It was clean.
Cons. Very very old facility. Uncomfortable. Cheap as hell. Three little tiny pillows. Couldn't even get a big pillow. They claim to have breakfast but it's a few muffins and some cereal. No plastic plates or silverware. And you can't take anything back to your room. Overall it was just a terrible experience.
