10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location!!! The hospitality of the host and her breakfast presentation
Cons: I have no issues...It was good for me!!!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very pleasant rooms close to the center of San Quirico d'Orcia. Very gentle and helpful host. Amazing breakfast! Highly recommended!
Cons: No air conditioning.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. There are parking spaces nearby the hotel. Hosts are very kind. Breakfast was good.
Cons: There is a little problem about check-in precedure. The host locked the door of the hotel and I can’t contact her. So I decided to have a lunch while waiting at the restaurant next to the hotel. And it’s was delicious.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was amazing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like everything of this place! There's fruit all day that I can take, they are very fresh. The host is so nice. The breakfast is great! The place is clean, and the bathtub was very nice too!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful this little bnb was. I booked it 2 hours in advance of my arrival, and at an excellent price, so I would have been happy with almost anything. However, I would have paid way more and gone out of my way to book here if I had known! Clarissa was so kind in her welcome, offering cold water, fruit, coffee, etc. The room was a traditional Italian farmhouse room with the associated charm of stone walls, wood ceiling, etc. that I love so much abkut small-town Italy inns. The inn is located just outside the historic town, easily walked in a free minutes, but with rural charm of olive trees and jasmine over the side entrance. Breakfast was extravagant, with bread, local cheeses and meats, and more options of cakes than I knew possible. Clarissa bakes then all! She was flexible in allowing me to stay an extra hour or two to finish some work with the strong WiFi. As an extra bonus, the restaurant next door is the best in town, at least according to Michelin! I had a lovely meal there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic place, the best breakfast I’ve ever had. The owner baked a huge variety of cakes for us!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: everthing breakfast service
Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was decorated in an baroque style and very nicely done. The room was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was one of the best we ever. They offered a large variety of cakes that were amazing (tried them all). If I’m even in the area again (which I will be because the landscape will leave you speechless and the food in the area is amazing) I will definitely stay here. wouldn’t even bother looking somewhere else for accommodation
Cons: everything was amazing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Many reviews speak about the breakfast. And I have enjoyed breakfasts around the world, but this was something else. Superbly done and every detail seemingly covered. I counted over nine types of Jam alone! The host would always discreetly keep herself out of view, but was always there to ensure you had enough to eat and drink. I love a monster sized cappuccino and this was the only place in Italy that made sure I drown in delicious over-sized cappuccinos each morning. Simply superb. The location was just minutes from my photography locations and the area was so peaceful and quiet. It was definitely a favorite of my time in Italy. As well, during my stay, there was a heat wave and most of Tuscany was looking for shade. The rooms were hot, but there were plenty of windows to open in the night and thoughtfully, the host ensured that there was a brand new, perfectly quiet floor fan blasting cool air. She had also placed a second fan upstairs (the room is two floors, beautifully decorated with a second bed placed in an attic-type situation overlooking the main room)
Cons: I was able to communicate very well with the host although she has almost no English and I have no Italian but Google translate worked beautifully. So no complaints.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great SPA specialists (not commercial) Very good food By Far the best staff service and assistance
Cons: Absolute peace of mind Plenty of space and relaxing spots
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff, very courteous and professional, great starting point to reach many beautiful places in Val d'Orcia, good spa (Grotta dei Filisofi and the new relax zone outstanding), well-kept gardens (even in February), nice room terrace (we were on the ground floor) and nice bathroom. Excellent restaurant, with very good advice on food and wine.
Cons: The management should forbid people coming in dressing gowns and flip-flops in the restaurant and bar! Screaming children and LOUD teenagers is not our idea of a 5-star spa. For some reason, the buffet area of the restaurant is very draughty. Minibar choice was minimal. None of these are stoppers, but they spoiled a bit an otherwise excellent stay. They could be easily fixed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It exceeded our expectations and beyond. Friendly and courteous staff. Relaxation is a must here. From the time you walk in the door to the time you leave (with parting gifts), it's is impossible not to relax. The little touches (fruit in room, little food bites provided every time you order a drink, spring water and sparkling on draft at relaxation areas, umbrellas and chairs pool side, open roof restaurant, newsletter with breakfast, welcome reception...) just made it that more special. The amazing walking and biking trails (free bikes for us to use) with free guides tours if we chose. We could go on and on!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and place beyond words, I would advise any body who needs to break away from hectic city life to come here and spend a few days.
Cons: Breakfast needs improvement so some of the waiters though some were wonderful
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The room was eccellent in any its context The bed confortable The view fantastic
Cons: The chair of the desk was burst
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Our first priority was the Thermal Waters and they did not fail to deliver as promised so we were most delighted and will return soon. The quality of the food also surpassed expectations. The driver provided for our transfers was superb.
Cons: Only the two and a half hour drive from Pisa Airport.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very helpful and the food was delicious. The location was beautiful and it was a wonderful experience. We very much enjoyed that there were not many Americans in attendance and it made us feel that we were very much in Europe. It was well situated and enabled us to take day trips easily.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Thermal Spa was absolutely wonderful, we had a great day of relaxation during our whirlwind trip through Tuscany. We wanted to see as much as possible in 6 days but decided to take a day to regroup/re-re-energize - this was the perfect place to do it. Spa was fantastic, easy to schedule.
Cons: No air conditioning. Room was hat at night (from thermal waters) and the only relief was to open the doors (which was mostly helpful) however, sori Klee system goes on and off throughout the night ... making resting difficult.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Luxury in the heart of one of the most picturesque places on earth. Getting engaged that day topped it off

Pros: Lily made us feel at home
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The privacy and quiet location of the home are ideal. You can still walk to the old part of town. The big fluffy outside cat made us feel right at home too! The owner/hostess meets every need and is so very pleasant. I have to eat gluten free and she even had purchased special items for me! The breakfast buffet is extensive and so well presented-- the breakfast room is sunny and charming. The owners do not live at this home, so it feels very private with lots of space. Our room even opened to a patio and garden area--we enjoyed it one afternoon between spring rains.
Cons: I was hoping to be more in the country, but this is a quiet town location.
10.0 Excellent

Kitchen is easily accessible just outside of the room and one can put things in the fridge, make coffee or tea at any time. Coffee, tea and some baked goods are available all day. For dinner, the hostess directed us to a restaurant in town where her guests get a 10% discount. It was an excellent an lovely place and we went there both nights we stayed in town.

Breakfast was a very generous spread of food and service was impeccable. You can drive right up to the hotel. Cons: Pillows could be softer; only complaint!

Cons: Noise room , high price . I think the hotel give the worst room for the booking reservations . We have paid 258 euros . The same day at the booking web site , the price was 176 .

Pros: Nice location and excellent breakfast variety. Charming atmosphere in the rooms and around.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location, friendly and attentive staff, rooms and bathrooms very clean, excellent breakfast, great level to attention to details. Beautiful garden. Generous checking-out time. Good place to use as a base for visiting Val d'Orcia though the parking is a little bit far.
Cons: The hotel is located in an old house, so be mindful that there are many stairs for reaching your room. WiFi, through free, requires to provide personal info which leads to receive unwanted newsletters by email... no, no!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: wonderful hotel; has great restaurant; rooms are beautifully decorated, very comfortable. Staff was incredibly helpful. Free parking within easy walking distance to the hotel. Would highly recommend.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: San Quirico is the perfect location to explore Val D'Orcia. Centrally located and close distance to Montalcino and Pienza, yet retaining a very authentic atmosphere and a small selection of great restaurants and bars. The best restaurant being that of the hotel- situated in a beautiful courtyard with a true holiday feel. The restaurant was a highlight of our stay and as a guest you receive a 10% discount - don't miss out. The hotel offered all desired amenities, with personable and friendly staff (special mention to Coco). The usual Continental Breakfast is included, with cold cuts, fruits and pastries, and great service! The hotel also offers tour bookings. We had an excellent wine tour, which included a visit to a vineyard + tasting and a wine tasting in the Montalcino fortress, accompanied by a private driver (95EUR).
Cons: Biggest disappointment of the trip was the cooking course (80EUR pp) suggested by the hotel, yet from an external provider. The teacher was unprepared and unprofessional. However, the hotel was very understanding and offered us a reduction in price when they heard our feedback. No blame to the hotel, just be aware. The rest was perfect and we couldn't fault anything else.
6.3 Good
Pros: Good people close to Via Francigena
Cons: AC did not work
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful location in Tuscany. You can do many day trips from here. The breakfasts were amazing! Afternoon tea cookies are the best too. The real star here is their restaurant and restaurant staff. We ate here every evening because the food was stellar! Get the poached pear - trust me!! Charming hotel.
Cons: There was a street sweeper that came by at 6:30 am on one of the mornings - just be aware. We were so tired (from sightseeing) that it was easy to fall back asleep. Unavoidable if you stay in San Quirico though - it's a clean little town.

Pros: The relaxing massage at the wellness centre was value for money.
Cons: One particular female staff member was very curt and could have been friendlier. The delux room did not meet my expectations. Only just a slightly larger room for a lot more money and not worth it. Please provide a kettle in the rooms for making a cup of tea or coffee.

Pros: Location in San Quirico: great small town, without the crowds of tourists, good restaurants and excellent base to visit the busier towns of the Orcia valley. Pros: Hotel is very pretty and well situation in Val D’Orcia to get to/from the main towns of Montelpulciano and Montalcino.

7.0 Good
Pros: Good location. Hotel's restaurant.
Cons: I had the impression that instead of giving tips and recommendations for the region, the personnel was instructed to sell hotel's products, shops, etc the moment you check in. It was a bit too much for us. Too sales oriented.

Pros: View from the windows is incredible! It’s quite big and well managed farm house. We enjoyed our stay because the place was very quiet and picturesque. The owners were very friendly, hospitable. They live in nearby house but they don’t disturb you. Lorenza, landlady, speaks Italian and welcomes you at breakfast, offering tea, coffee, toast, cakes. This place is famous because the gladiator was shot here;) Big parking, stable WiFi, hot water, fridge, bathrobes included.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view is absolutely beautiful and very relaxing to come back to after a day travelling around. The room we had was one of the larger rooms without the view but it was comfortable and had a large bathroom. The couple that own the property were lovely and even though they don’t speak English we were able to communicate...sometimes with the help of Google Translator. It’s a fantastic base for visiting the villages and towns in the area. Just make sure you have a rental car and are confident driving on the right and being able to negotiate narrow roads. And have Google maps for navigation!

Pros: The room is very nice and clean. It is an amazing, old house. The host had a lot of tips to discover the surroundings. Really great welcome. Very nice pool. Very well located, just a few minutes on foot to the super cute village San Quirico d'Orcia.
Cons: The water pressure could be better. We hoped to have a room on the ground floor with a terrace, but we were on the first floor and had to bring all breakfast stuff etc. downstairs. The white sunbeds are a bit old and uncomfortable, should be replaced. The room is a little bit small for the price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: -good location not far from town center and good base for travel around south Tuscany, close to pienza and Siena. -super friendly and helpful staff -room is clean and large with kitchenette. -wifi is ok
Cons: -
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was large and comfortable and beautifully situated. There was a lovely garden and outside space with pool in which to eat and relax. The atmospheric town of San Quirico d’Orcia is very near with restaurants and shops within walking distance. You can take many walks from the doorstep or travel a little way by car or bus to other nearby places like Montepulciano.
Cons: The apartments have thin walls meaning noise travels between them easily.
6.8 Good
Pros: nice location
Cons: reception makes us feel too commercial, facilities in the bathroom are cheap(e.g. hair dryer), the kitchen is too small, price is quite expensive compared to nearby accommodations.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spaciousness of mini-apartment, cleanliness, quiet, free parking, proximity to trails and market, pleasant staff.
Cons: Nothing stands out as needing improvement.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The booking was simple, with Gaia emailing me driving directions, telephone assistance and room choices. The property is breathtaking in its setting. Immaculately presented with a beautiful and productive garden and grounds. Thoughtfully arranged areas for relaxation, bathing and outside dining. Very private and quiet. impeccably clean apartments, total comfort, excellent equipment and fine linens. But the best is Gaia herself, Truly devoted to her clients and her domain.. A very special kind person with joyous enthusiasm for her country, natural history, architecture and products. She made our visit memorable
Cons: Nothing !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything.
Cons: No comments.
6.8 Good
Pros: Good size rooms. Efficient hot water. Comfy bed. Pleasant staff. Would be better as a base for a few nights stay, rather than a brief visit while walking the Via Francigena Nice grounds.
Cons: Fridge was noisy overnight. Room was generally dingy, some areas just dark

Pros: Near town and lovely furinishings and pool. Friendly staff. Perfect

Pros: This was a unique experience to stay in this 200 years old house in the heart of Val d'Orca in Toscana, surrounded by cypresses and hills and enjoying the little chapel Madonna di Vitaleta just a glance away. The hosts - Luciano and his parents - are very welcoming, Signora Mamma was so kind to leave home made cakes (dolci) in the apartment. Everything inside and outside was perfect. The interiors of the house are very authentic. There are also all necessary kitchen utencils in the apartment. There is an open jacuzzi pool nearby where you can swim at night (just ask for instructions), it has illuminations. I wish I could stay here longer. Grazie per tutto cari signori, io spero che a presto!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly people and wonderful rooms at this agriturismo just outside of Quirico d’Orcia. Direct view to the Cappella Madonna di Vitaleta. They even called me when there was a rainbow above! Thank you!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: amazing view; kindness and generosity
4.5 Okay
Pros: The location is great for photographers. The owner is the only one speaking English, if you arrive & he's not around, there's no one who can help you as his parents - who are quite friendly- don't speak a word of English.
Cons: Flush the toilette & run, otherwise you'll be showered. The bathroom itself is tiny & not that clean. We felt quite uncomfortable using it. In our booking it says there's a kitchenette, which was not the case. There was no possibility to drink coffee or making coffee as the hotel doesn't offer any F&B services - with the exception of the first morning the owner's mother offered us cake-. We booked our stay based on the recommendation of a fellow photographer & reviews. We now regret it believing the reviews.

Pros: An awesome location. Very friendly and helpful owners. Lovely outdoor areas to sit and relax
Cons: Everything was great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner Luciano is really really nice and gives you great tips for taking photographs. The location is perfect as you can get to the photo location of podere belvedere in like 5 min of driving and the same is for the cappella madonna. Would definitely come back
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Kitchenette too small not easy to cook
7.5 Good
Pros: The location was great. You're in the best photography spot for Capella Vitale ta and only 2 km away from Belvedere. For photographers, this is as good as it gets in the area.
Cons: The walls were extremely thin, and although the is heating, the room was extremely cold upon our arrival, taking a couple of days to warm up. But the biggest problem of all were the neighbors who were extremely loud until 1 AM with no regard to tenants nearby. Add the extremely thin walls to the equation and you've got yourself a less than desirable experience.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Like last time everything last fine. Luciano ,the owner was great . Great surroundings, especially for photographers. Val d’Orcia is wonderful place.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely agriturismo in the heart of Val d’Orcia. Great location to photograph the area. The Appartement is equipped with everything you need.

5.5 Okay
Pros: The pool
Cons: It is an old hotel, decorated with old fashioned tastes but the worst with very bad customer service. We asked for a room change and they said it was not possible because the hotel was full. It was a lie, there were few guests. Bad service at reception, bad service in the restaurant, employees are not interested in guests. The only good thing is the pool.
7.0 Good
Pros: Overall i had a nice stay here, but it just wasn't worth this price point. The pool and view are very nice and relaxing. But here are the problems: first of all noise in the rooms. I could hear it everytime someone flushed the toilet in the room above me. You were able to hear conversations in the hallway and sometimes people in the room next to me. The property itself is a bit dated. The shower door was not easy in use, wifi was very slow at times, there were no warm options for breakfast (eggs, bacon). Then when i checked out it turned out i had to pay the city tax by cash. The only cash i had on me then was just enough to buy a bus ticket that i needed so i could catch my train. Since it couldn't be paid by card, i was forced to pay with cash. So then i had to rush to the city to get cash money to pay for the bus and ofcourse because of that i missed it. I then had to get a taxi that cost me €45. The hotel never offered to pay at least a bit of it (normally i wouldn't have missed the bus other than this monzy issue). I never received a ticket from the driver so he probably ripped me off. I hope the lady of the front desk wasn't in on this... They should have stated the form of payment beforehand so that this situation could have been avoided. Also i find it weird this is a rule to pay it in cash. I was in Rome a month before and was able to pay for everything by card. You would expect the same for a hotel in this price range. All in all the stay was ok at best, but not worth it for this price. You can find something better for less money.
Cons: Wifi was at times slow. No warm options at the breakfast buffet. Very loud, could hear a lot of noises:people talking in the room next door, in the hallway, hear the toilet flush above the room.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful views and outdoor pool area was lovely, room was large and comfortable with a great private terrace. We didn’t try the restaurant for dinner, but the breakfast was good and eating outside by the pool was great.
Cons: Outdoor pool wasn’t heated, the beauty farm, spa facilities were not wonderful, and not natural mineral spring waters, which is the big draw of the area.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: The massage at spa is really bad. Would not do it
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location along the Tuscan route. Staff was amazing. Thank you Sabrina and Suzanna for your kindness and for exceeding any expectations we may have brought with us. Truly a little slice of heaven. Grazie Mille!
Cons: It was perfect for us. Everything from location, room, lobby, grounds, amenities.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and views were amazing.
Cons: Even though the hotel is good, we have found it a bit pricy considering that the pool was closed and the spa was not including in the price.

7.5 Good
Pros: Clean, comfortable rooms. Beautiful terrace with views which also doubled as dining room. Wonderful swimming pool
Cons: WiFi not strong in all the rooms.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The pool is ok, but not always clean, and you are forced to wear a swimming cap, which they don’t inform in the reservation. So, you have to buy a swimming cap for 3 Euros. San Quirico is a great little town, but I would never stay in this hotel again. There are two stations to charge electric cars, but they are often occupied by non-electric cars, and the hotel management doesn’t do anything about that.
Cons: If you are expecting this hotel to be the Toscana dream country house, you are wrong here. Do not get fooled by the pictures. This is a very simple hotel in the middle of a residential neighborhood. The gardens are unkept and there are no places to sit outside. The air conditioner in the room doesn’t work properly and you can’t sleep with open windows because of all the mosquitoes. The rooms are badly kept and you can see accumulated dust in every corner. There was a lot of hair behind the door in the bathroom and the floor got completely wet after every shower. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. The pool is always full, always noisy and you have to wear a swimming cap, which is not informed anywhere in the reservation, but they conveniently sell for 3 Euros. At breakfast, we got some stone hard bread, which was obviously from the previous day. We are vegetarians, so we can’t say anything about the meat served, but the fruit served was some canned peaches and cherries and some bananas and apples. No fresh bread, no good cheese, no boiled eggs (only some unappetizing scrambled), no margarine, no fresh juice (they serve powder juice!!!) and all the drinks are served in single-use plastic cups. We complained with management, and we got a lot of “sorry, sorry”, and later on an offer to dine for free at the restaurant, which we declined. None of the issues were properly addressed during our 3-night stay. We would never stay in this hotel again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Cons: All OK.

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, beautiful location and THE POOL!! The restaurant was also FABULOUS.
Cons: The air conditioning didn’t work great, but better than nothing.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: This property has stunning views out over the Val d'Orcia. Wonderful shaded outside dining area with amazing views. Can walk to beautiful small town of San Quiroco in 10 minutes and can also walk directly from property out into beautiful countryside with clearly marked walks.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly!
Cons: The decor is outdated!
7.0 Good
Pros: I really like the place where hotel stayed. And the area, the room, the view, the swimming pool.
Cons: But I really didn’t like the staff from reception there. I don’t know why maybe the personal didn’t speak English well but they all the time gave us wrong information. When I sent the email with question which bus we can take from Siena they wrote me that it’s impossible, no one bus come there from Siena. So I found bus by myself and the bus stop in Sierca d’Orcha was just 5 minutes walking by foot to the hotel. Second situation was when we asked how can we come to Montepulchiano from Sierca d’Orca and the woman from reception was in shock about our question and told us that it’s impossible on Saturday. Found some strange bus schedule (which was wrong) So again I use my internet and found bus schedule and bus station ! And situations like this was more ! So I’m very upset! The staff was so unhelpful here.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Super-friendly, helpful desk staff. Comfortable bed. Pool looked nice, though I didn't get to use it.
Cons: It wasn't renovated yesterday, but for me that wasn't a big deal.

Cons: Church bells were a bit loud
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location.
Cons: Church bells every half hour throughout the night.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We didn't call the B&B before we arrived and stood in front of a blocked street. The B&B can remove the blocking so make sure to tell them when you arrive. Car does not stand in the vicinity of hotel but outside the old town. Easy to get there by foot (5 minutes) but there might be no parking space left if it is crowded. The room was lovely as was the entire house. The bathroom, also, was fine. The view from the room was very nice, you look into the old street. Location was perfect. Right around the corner a lively bar and a park. Restaurants are fine. San Quirico is a nice little place with beautiful old buildings.
Cons: The lady who welcomed us did not speak one word of English. That was a bit tiring after a long hot day on the road... Our Italian is rudimentary.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Very noisy with the village square and church bells all through the night
6.3 Good
Pros: Location in town that we can find food easily.
Cons: Hotel owner seem to have many engagement. She has times for checking in us only 5 minutes. And the location of the hotel is in ZTL that we cannot know from any information
6.8 Good
Pros: This truly is a B&B. It is adequate for the price.
Cons: Little English and steep stairs plus it is right over a bar.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: The staff!!!!! We couldn't find the key when we arrived because the woman who was guiding us over the phone only spoke italian....fair enough. But when she had to come and get us the key she was so rude and angry. Next morning we had to catch a buss at 9 o'clock but breakfast wasn't ready at 8.30 and we didn't understand her regarding payment, so we had to rush......again she was rude and kept saying 'I only speek italian'. It's ok but if you run a B&B you have to try to communicate. The worst thing you can do is getting rude

Pros: Lovely casual restaurant with very reasonably priced local Italian food including pizza. Would recommend.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is basic but is clean, safe, and in a good location. I think it is certainly a good value and would stay there again.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: That the place is centered to all the spots to be visited
Cons: Nothing
5.8 Okay
Pros: Our overall experience with the hotel was quite negative. Maybe the only thing we liked is that the room was clean.
Cons: We came to the area to attend a wedding of a friend. The hotel didn't have an iron at all and it was very complicated to arrange how to iron our clothes for the wedding. The fact that the staff didn't speak a word of English, while my Italian is quite limited, didn't help much. The walls are quite thin and it was very noisy in the evening. We could clearly hear the people speaking in the room next door. There was supposed be a breakfast included in the offer but in the morning the reception and restaurant were closed. It was Sunday and don't work on that day. There was nothing like breakfast and we also didn't have clear instruction how to check out and where to leave the keys.

Pros: Excellent restaurant.
Cons: A longish walk to the centre of the town to use washing facilities
7.5 Good
Pros: Comfortable and clean

Pros: Out of town, hard to find, key left in box outside front door. No restaurant or water. Good breakfast and pleasant lady giving it and checking us out.
