Opal Cove offered reasonably priced accommodation. We were only after a single night and this worked out well. Our room had two beds of which one should be disposed of immediately. It is well passed its 'use by date'. Had the other bed not been there, or equally poor, we would have asked for another room.
the location Can't relax at swimming pool to many kids very noisy beter hotel for family than just for a quiet couple
Great breakfast, Bed was too hard , corridors smelt musty , no covered parking but also no charge for parking
How peaceful it was in the hotel. The over all look of the hotel was fantastic. Comfortable beds aswell.
The hotel room and the view from the outside balcony. A reception staff member was impersonal, not genuine and lacked professional and courteous spontaneity. The experience at the front desk - particularly book in - spoiled my stay. The cleaning staff however showed exemplary customer service, were friendly, abiding and willing to assist.
The staff were very friendly and the rooms comfortable and clean. The food was very good and the location is just a bit out of town so it is not noisey.
Activities for the kid's and the lovely food were fantastic, and how very clean our room was. I judge a hotel on it's cleanliness. Thank you for the great holiday. No, there was nothing I didn't like.
The room was perfect, overlooking the beach! This is where my boyfriend proposed to me. Now we are engaged! =]
clean, modern rooms with ocean views, excellent facilities, fantastic and friendly staff loved everything about it!
Our room was overlooking the carpark, which was fine, however the air conditioning unit was so loud we could not open our doors onto the balcony as the noise was horrid. Spoilt the whole experience.
The restaurant food was excellent although a kittle expensive the room was on the fround floor and was overlooked by people walking by we asked to be moved to a higher floor but were told that the hotel was fully booked. We booked this hotel 9 months in advance and seemed to be given the worst room in its catagory.
Got first a room with poor view, despite the fact that a more expensive room with lagoon view was booked. After consulting the people of the reception, got an upgrade to a comfortable appartment with lagoon view. Very nice setting in a tropical garden with 9-holes golf court. Good restaurant on the premises. Interior of the rooms could need some refurbishment.
very nice facility surrounded by green area; good land scaping there was a creepy, huge spider in our room as big as my hand. I called the staff and they took care of it.
It was quite & tranquil. Everything was within close distance and lots to do within the resort. The dayspa was fantastic... no room service delivery, need to pick up from restaurant...
The location was great The hotel is very very worn down. Decor is old, cockroach at breakfast, Bed broken, Damaged Mirror, sliding door in room did not work properly. Service was average, no smiles or thankyou's.
Great relaxing resort. some bar staff unfriendly
