7.0 Good
Pros: Convenient for our family reunion
Cons: Parking lot was under construction and made getting around miserable and at times not very safe not impressed
7.0 Good
Cons: A/C did not work properly. I was sweating at night. :(
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The pool was great. Place was very clean, accept they could of cleaned the pool.
Cons: Restaurant closes too early. Staff didn’t pick up plates from room service during our whole stay after putting them outside our door.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Complimentary breakfast was great. Staff was very polite and accommodating.
Cons: I can't think of a thing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was comfortable The service was excellent
Cons: Was construction going on but understand it needs to be completed so wasn’t really a problem
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice room. Quiet for the most part. Comfortable. Just what I needed for the night. Free apples and local newspaper upon check-out.
Cons: For some reason the CC I booked with was declined at the hotel. Not sure why, as it worked everywhere else I travelled on that trip. Door to the outside, (which was just outside my room) was used and held open by other guests who were smoking and the smell of smoke came into my room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: location
Cons: small room and they were waiting for their parking lot to be completed.the parking area was nothing but mud and rocksc and pot holes
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good location, very polite staff, excellent breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was provided on Monday only (not on weekends) and it was very good full menu
Cons: Nothing I can think of. There is construction ongoing next door so the parking lot was mostly dirt but it can be avoided
8.8 Excellent
Pros: MOstly Everything was ok, with the exception of the TV.
Cons: Hotels have to get on board with making it easy to set up chromecast / streaming devices. I remember a time when hotels had entertainment options that were better than what I had at home. Now, the options available in hotels are insulting. I've been in Motels with better options for TV. Bottom line: If you can't AT LEAST provide an entertainment experience that mirrors that of what your customer has at home, then provide them with the means to do so for themselves. Otherwise, you're not doing your job.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Received very well albeit a late arrival. Overall a great sojourn
7.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Not what I'd call a 3.5 star hotel...2.5 is more like it

Pros: Both the host were excellent. They treated us extremely well and helped us in showing different places in Sarnia on the map & how to get there. Breakfast was great and they go out of their way to make their guest comfortable.
Cons: We felt for a B&B this place was ideal.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hosts, lovely home, very welcoming, nice neighbourhood, great breakfast.
Cons: The room was a little overstuffed; we had a hard time finding a spot for our luggage. The window blinds were not adequate at keeping the street light out of the room; it needs dark curtains.

2.5 Mediocre

Cons: There was blood stains on the pillow sheets. Yellow stains on the bed sheets. Staff was rude
7.5 Good
Pros: PRICE ample charging plugs. Nicely refurbished 50's motel.
Cons: Poor WiFi on arrival. None the next morning. No ceiling light. Near freeway but far from lake.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, clean facility. Shower had great water pressure.
Cons: Waited 20 mins at the restaurant after being seated was not even given water or a menue. Ended up leaving to find another place to eat.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Great hot breakfast!
Cons: Nope
6.3 Good
Pros: Super nice staff at front desk
Cons: Carpet stains, mattress lumpy, AC very loud. Bathroom floor had hair all over.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Great restaurant. Clean Rooms. A wonderful place to stay at.
7.0 Good
Pros: The rooms were clean. My mattresses were a bit dated and sagged a little. I saw other rooms with open doors whose mattresses were newer. The slamming of the room doors was highly disruptive which is a common complaint I think for many hotels. Would be a stroke of genius to place some insulating tap around all of them to muffle the sounds of inconsiderate other guests. Overall the room was fine, clean, fairly basic for sure. The entrance and the breakfast area were very good and the staff is as well. No elevator, and a big set of stairs, to 2nd floor. Staff carried my bag.
Cons: The slamming doors, no buffer whatsoever. The huge stairway up to the 2nd floor. Parking was hard to find, as I came back late both nights.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Bar and dinner on site
Cons: Pool was dirty
7.5 Good
Pros: wasn't expecting breakfast but it was very good. Waffles, excellent potatoes, scrambled eggs and sausage. Usual coffee, juice, cereal and pastry. coffee available in lobby. clean, comfortable bed. Very close to border crossing to USA
Cons: furniture worn, curtains did not fit well and were needed as window faced parking lot. There was an odor when you came into the room. Not musty just a little unpleasant and one didn't notice after a while.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: He bartender that evening. So, that was Fri. August 2. We sat at the bar and ended up ordering Pad Thai and we thoroughly enjoyed talking with him. He was very attentive and was knowledgeable on various drinks and items on the menu. He is a plus in everything that he does !
Cons: The parking on the side of building that left anyone's car parked for overnight sitting right out in the open and convenient to easy break in or stealing. You probably have security cameras and lighting but, we found a space right in front of the building in the more secure area.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good hotel for on route overnight stay. Nice people. Wifi good. Room clean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was comfy and the pillows were a good size
7.0 Good
Pros: clean
Cons: The carpets and walls are showing their age... the place needs an update.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Stairway to get to 2nd floor
Cons: I'd rate this a 2.5 hotel....nothing special about it

10.0 Excellent
Pros: newly remodeled! we will stay there again! a big plus for me is they are pet friendly. I travel all the time with my dog! very nice and friendly place
Cons: very nice, nothing wrong
5.0 Okay
Pros: Good selections but very small area.
Cons: Renovations that were kept secret when we booked thru booking.com we were not informed before arrival.....by hotel. And ended up {too late to cancel without penalty} the registration lobby, its self, 'a construction zone' with many danger signs. Dirty random waste wood on the floor. The wall to the right was completely blown-out and ceiling above ripped apart, exposing wiring, water lines and ductwork. To boot, hard hats were not worn by some construction workers or hotel employees present in this 'dangerous: construction zone. | at the very least, all guests should have been issued hard hats| lol seriously though safety seems to be second to $$
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and attentive. Rooms were comfortable and very clean.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Loved the newly renovated room. It was a quiet, peaceful, comfy stay. Staff was very friendly.
Cons: The hotel was under construction but rooms were nicely done and clean and comfy. It was also a little tricky to get to because of road closures near the hotel.
6.5 Good
Pros: New and clean rooms
Cons: No bathroom in eating area. Waffle machine wasn't working
7.5 Good
Pros: The Comfort Inn is simple to find with easy access on and off major routes. There was a workout room and a guest laundry so that was convenient. We liked having a microwave and mini-fridge in our room, as well as a desk. The wifi was excellent, which was good as I was working while there. We were pleasantly surprised to find a jetted tub in our room. Nice treat! There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance, especially handy when there's an ice-storm.
Cons: This property is clean but getting worn. My traveling companions weren't terribly impressed with the meat and eggs portion of breakfast, but I was happy that there was fruit and yoghurt. I wish there were gluten-free breads or baking, especially when I could smell other people's waffles. There's a lot of traffic noise on the highway side.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a good hotel and our stay was good unfortunatly the hotel was under renovations but that did not effect us personaly. Paul
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Price
Cons: Check in took long and staff asked very personal questions.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The fact that I reserved the room online, with my debit card that I use as MasterCard as well. When I got there with my 11 year daughter who had a rugby name at 8:30 am. I was told by your staff that I needed a credit card. That was the end of story. I told them they could take the deposit for of my debit/MasterCard. They said no, I said then your online service should not have taken my debit/MasterCard. It was 1am I the morning, the staff then chose to ignore me and my daughter, instead Of trying to help us out. We had just drove over two and half hours from Kitchener from my daughters rugby game. The staff there instead told me it was my problem and there was nothing they could do. I find this hard to believe. But I would like to say thank you to your staff for putting us out on the streets of Sarnia for the total of 5 hours that we would have needed to stay at your location.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Coffee and tea were available in the dining area 24/7.
Cons: Apparently, the hotel is undergoing renovations that were not discussed when we booked. Our room had not yet been updated. Furniture and bedding were shabby and the carpet appeared dirty. The elevator carpet wasn't only dirty, but needed vacuuming.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Renovation
7.0 Good
Pros: Some items where cold, eggs, bacon etc.
Cons: Under going construction at this location, but rooms are very nice!

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The buffet was delicious.
Cons: Lack of buffet on Sunday.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Bed was comfortable, shower worked well and so did AC
Cons: We were put in old run down side of hotel but charged a high price. The room smelled a bit funny and our window was right next to entrance so we saw every person coming into hotel. We were here for soccer and called the restaurant and They told us buffet started at 10am so we waited and went down at 9:50am to find out the buffet ended at 10am. This is an important part of our weekend feeding the kids and the hotel staff and restaurant staff should be transparent with the proper information. An apology after the fact just doesn’t cut it!

Pros: We booked this room as a rest stop between our drive through Canada to Michigan and it served that purpose. The bed was reasonably comfortable, the room was clean, and the shower was nice and warm. The check in/check out process was easy as well, even when we got there around midnight.
Cons: When we first got into the room it was so warm and due to where the bed was, the air conditioner was not very effective, making it warm throughout the night. The motel next door had a pool that really smelled of chlorine, making the air around our room have a weird smell so we could not have the windows open to let some air out when we first got in.

2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything. The towels were threadbare... literally holes. Room smelled like mold. Bathroom floor was dirty. Toilet needed to be bolted to the floor. Felt like I was sleeping on a BOXSPRING. Deadbolt wouldn't turn into the doorjamb - Not Cool. And was over $90 with taxes. Absolute rip off. Would sleep in my car rather than "the gables". Owners should be ashamed.
6.3 Good
Pros: Bed was comfortable. Lots room in sleeping area.
Cons: No fan in bathroom. Vanity small. No where to put toiletries. Shower was not appealing - did not use. Pillowcases didn’t look white. Beds comfortable but short.

Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: There was no pool. I believe this was missing represented by booking.com not really the inns fault.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Easy to locate.
Cons: Tiny room, hot.. no air conditioning, old and frayed carpeting, no one at the front desk at 1500 on a Saturday... Had to return in a couple of hours. Price was unreasonably high considering the poor quality of the accommodations.
7.5 Good
Pros: Bathroom was very nice, room was decent. It had air conditioning, mini fridge & microwave.
Cons: I had to pay up front before I got to see the room, usually you pay after you stay.
