Pros (+) Room, lobby, gym pool all vey new and tasteful. Be sure to ask for a room close to lobby if walking is an issue. Some rooms are quite a hike. Nice and quiet on a weekend. Walking distance to nice casual and more upscale restaurants. Check out Proctor's Theater and the weekly Greenmarket
Cons (-) Continental breakfast overpriced for quality of food. Coffee maker in room did not work. Coffee and breakfast in lobby 20-30 minutes late setting up on a weekend. But front desk staff adjusted bill accordingly.
