The staff was excellent and very helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean as well. I was not informed on the app that I used of the parking fee each day, which was $35. I also was not informed that their parking garage was a long distance away from the hotel rooms. Very convenient for an early morning flight out of SEA.
Pros (+) The staff were amazing! It was our mini honeymoon and they gave us wine to celebrate and they were all very friendly. The hotel itself was gorgeous and so clean! We were both very happy with our stay and would come back in a second. Thanks for making our time here so special?

My room was located on the complete opposite side of where I parked so it took forever to go somewhere. The person who checked me in didn't even bother to give me directions of where to park or which wing my room was located in. I was pretty disappointed to be honest.
