Pros (+) Lovely staff. Dub reggae in the lobby. Not even a huge fan of reggae but it works for airport lobbies real nice.

Cons (-) The thermostat for the room is not adjustable and that is not advertised. We came into a room that was about 80 degrees F and when I tried to turn it down it did not work. The sign on the thermostat says to adjust it between 65 and 75 to your liking. When we called the front desk the lady was very rude and told us to just "cut it off".
