We didnt stay this trip but they are by far the most reliable and friendly compared to the others we have tried they will pick up and deliver any time day or night and we have never waited more than 20 minutes at the airport
Their rooms are very dated but what can you expect for the price and they make up for that and more with their promptness with their shuttle service
This hotel was so disgusting we left immediately. The toilet in the room had been used and not flushed, and the walls were filthy. DO NOT STAY HERE.
The only redeeming quality of this place was the man at the front desk he was very nice and up beat!
My husband and I were recently stuck for a night in Seattle and needed to find a cheap hotel quickly. This was the closest to the airport (a plus). However the room was disgusting. The furniture and sheets all had stains as well as holes in the blankets. The heater was smashed in and the dead bolt was broken. It honestly felt like a motel room that is rented by the hour. Definitely not worth the $70.
We were sold a deluxe room with coffee facilities
We feel cheated. Were sold a deluxe room with coffee facilities and breakfast. We got a room with torn armchair and dirty floors. No coffee and no breakfast and in a depressing location.
Staying at Skyway
The front desk lady was nice.
Everything at the hotel was old. The room was veryyyy old, dirty, broken smell change everything.
Wow... Not good
I like that is was close to the airport.
Wow, this place is really scummy. If I would have known ahead of time I would not have stayed here. But the staff was nice and even though it didn't seem safe at first it proved to be ok by morning.
dirty and moldy bathroom
Literally the worst hotel ever.
We survived the night despite the loud gunshots, which really gave us a new zest for life.
This hotel was a total nightmare. We waited over an hour at the airport repeatedly dialing the number for their shuttle but getting no answer, and eventually we had to get a shuttle to another hotel and walk ten minutes up the highway to get there. The receptionist did not apologize but just said "oh, that's funny". She "upgraded" us to a king room, but when we got there, the bed was unmade and there was dirty takeout food on the floor. We returned to reception and were moved to a "jacuzzi room", but were surprised to discover that not only was the jacuzzi built into the main room right next to our (threadbare) bed, but also there was no shower or bath -- the jacuzzi was the only way to wash. My friend and I took turns going out for a walk while the other waited for the jacuzzi to slowly fill to the point where we could clean ourselves. The whole thing was a total farce.
Not all rooms are as bad as previous comments
The room's furnishings were good, no worn out rugs or stains. The bathroom was very functional and clean. My wife is somewhat picky and felt comfortable in the room. Thought parking would be a problem but there was plenty of parking spaces near the three story building. All employees were friendly including at 4 AM when we left.
The building is dated.
Free shuttle to the light rail. Only 3 minutes away.
Rooms were quite small, shady parking. Run down appearnce as there is an old and new building. Picture on web has been photshopped. Lack of service, breakfast was stale cereal, ants crawling all over by waffles and some tables. Pillows were Flat, 2 per bed asked for one more we are out we only have 5.
convenience of courtesy shuttle
No coffee in room
It was conveniently located near the airport.
I do not like the way the bathroom was set up; two different parts instead of being all enclosed. The room had an "old" smell to it upon entering. Also noted that you could see "light" from all around the door to outside; fear of possible intruders was there staying in this room even though using inside locks.
A dump. One of the worst I've seen in the us.
There was nothing to like! And I am not that picky.
the breakfast was food- the muffins and waffles
We couldn't get the fan to stay on more than one minute.
Front desk staff was pleasant, complimentary shuttle to airport was good, and also free cont breakfast
no clock in the room
Warning-serious safety issue! I will report the management of this hotel to authorities. Flea bag hotel. I checked in about 8:00-noted deplorable condition of hotel. Door had 3 three modes of security:sliding post which slid into NOTHING-small door chain-deadbolt lock, which I mistakenly thought would provide me some protection. Given an early flight, I wanted to go to sleep. My fiancee had driven me to the hotel, entered the room briefly & left. Minutes later, as I planned to change clothing, a tall imposing manager? Maintenance? Man-opened my door without knocking/notice- only stopped by the chain or he would have been completely inside. It was 8:30-he claimed to be doing routine maintenance. I should have called 911! devastating.
The weekly rate negotiated worked out to about 40$ a night. While the rooms were shabby, they were reasonably clean and in decent repair.
The booking process was a gong show. They apparently never received my booking through booking.com, and communication at the hotel is apparently bad amidst their own staff (I was booked for 9 days, but they initially mistook it for 7.) The free wi-fi sucked; nearly useless. -- Also, while it wasn't a problem for my stay, I can definitely echo other people's reviews about the complaints about vehicle damage there. They pack airport parking cars in like sardines in their lot; there's no wonder people complain about damages there!
Location to airport
Grounds appeared to be dumpy and stairways dirty and dingy had we seen this hotel before we booked it, we would not have choosen to stay..seemed like parking cars was the main business, not hotel rooms
Shuttle to Airport. Location.
First night - room downstairs was smelly and lacked cleanliness in appearences. Second night stay on the way back room was much better with Microwave and Refriderator and was much better.
Close to airport
Far from down town. Poor quality sheets and towels.
